They had a better selection of suits than anyplace else I went. Of course they started with showing the most expensive suits first but we finally got down to my price range. My salesman had no sense of humor but it's okay if my jokes fall on deaf ears.

I had a great experience being helped by Parker. I’m AFAB nonbinary person who has had negative experiences trying on suits at other places, but Parker was very helpful and kind! He even taught me how to tie a tie? Can’t say enough good things about my experience there, thank you so much!

Went in to get a suit fitted for my dad for Father's day and Parker helped us! Parker was amazing and very professional and very patient with all of our requests and questions! He helped us through every part of the process! Definitely a great employee to have! Great customer service!

My son and myself went to Mr. Mac today and I found the experience frustrating. The gentleman that helped us was not very friendly and really did not give suggestions or recommendations. The purchase was for my son, first suit. I walked out with $750 of purchases. Did not hear a word about the 2 pant suits. They did not want to tailor the suit coat and would only tailor the pants leg with a straight hem. Disappointing and will not be back in the future. Update- after communications with Alex at Mr. Mac, I received an apology for the lack of service I felt, all issues have been resolved. Appreciated

Mac had been taking care of me since 1997. Great suits, great service, great pricing. High recommend this location. But I'm sure you'll get great service at any location.

Chad one of the employees was super friendly I mean super friendly and helped with my graduation suit helping and giving some good recommendations get this man a raise.Very good and comfortable material in the suit and will be definitely coming back soon

One stop shop for my missionary. The missionary suit package is fantastic! Taylor was incredibly helpful and attentive. We walked out with great suits and clothing. It felt like he enjoyed what he does and is really good and knowing how to help and find the right fit.

I took my 11 yr old son to find a suit for his 2 yr old brother's funeral. I spoke with Chad who graciously worked with us the whole time. He had no idea why I was buying the suit, but just when I was able to tap my card to pay, he stops me and solemnly asks, "May I ask why you're purchasing the suit?" After I told him it's for his brother's funeral after a tragic accident, he quickly said, "This one is on me and Mr Mac." I didn't have to sign a single thing. He just let me walk out with this beautiful suit for my boy. I tried to protest as I know businesses need to run, but he insisted and I will forever be grateful. This is a business who cares about people, and I'm so honored to have them apart of our community.
