Massively disappointed by my experience with both this branch as well as the institution as whole. Poor communication, unresponsive via email or phone call. Shady practice of giving people varying information and blaming the other people (branch vs home office).I’ve been a member for 17 years and will now be closing mine and my family’s accounts with mountain America.

The service was great, however the cashier who assisted me need ed to dress professionally. She was wearing a coat which she wore half on and half off, she looked like she just got out of bed instead of dressing ready to represent Mountain America on a professional basis.I feel your employees need to be trained on how to dress for success.If this had been my first time to do business with Mountain America, I would have turned and walked out and gone to another financial institution.I feel Mountain America is losing business because of this.

Worst branch ever!! The manager was ignorant, unprofessional, and just downright uncaring about the clients. Nobody could help me deposit a printed check, and they wanted to hold it for a week! I deposited the check on my app inside their branch to prove they didn't know what they were talking about, and got my funds approved instantly... obviously, they got the job because of their other qualities ;) I almost closed all my accounts because of the manager... that's how unprofessional she was.

The customer service was awesome! And this branch is open on saturdays until 2pm that's an A+ other branches are closed on saturdays

This bank been so amazing to me , they have very good staff l have not ever seen to anywhere, every locations l go they treated me right.very nice to have them , they do very good care customers financial . When you call them they are very good handle the problem in good way. Again very good to have them around. I always get loan there and every thing goes worth , so thank you so much for letting me being one of your member.

I had a great experience getting a notary. They were busy, and it was approaching closing time on a Saturday. But I was in and out in under 10 minutes thanks to the kind, efficient employees. Thanks Mt America!

Every person that I've worked with at the bank, either in person or on the phone, has been knowledgeable and seeking to help me. They are actually trying to help us save money, and I don't mean with a savings account. They have programs and advice that saves us a ton!!
