We initially purchased our vehicle from this dealership under the agreement that our monthly payments would be $300. Instead, our payment plan ended up being $288 twice a month, which is not what we had agreed upon.
After encountering multiple issues with the vehicle, we brought it back to the dealership for repairs. We were told that the warranty wouldn’t cover fixing the driveline, only to later find out it actually should have been covered. Since then, we've had to return the car for multiple repairs, including the transmission, air conditioning, airbag light, door handle, and actuator for the car lock.
The dealership has now had our car for three weeks. Each time we call for an update, we get different answers. Yesterday, I was told the blower motor had been replaced, and they were test-driving the car. Today, they said the same thing, even though they had told us the day before that the car was already being test-driven. To make matters worse, they still haven't repaired the air conditioning despite our repeated requests.
The communication with the dealership has been extremely poor, and I feel like they don't listen to us at all. This whole process has been frustrating and inconvenient, leaving us without a vehicle for an extended period. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from this dealership or using them for any repairs. Their lack of professionalism and organization is unacceptable.
If I could give them zero stars, I would.

This place is a joke. Replacing the battery when I’ve only had it a couple weeks. Now it needs even more repairs. Corporate failed me. When they FINALLY agreed to fix my car they gave me a rental. THE REAR VIEW MIRROR WAS IN THE BACK SEAT!!! That isn’t legal to drive! Never, ever go through them. They have nothing good to offer. All they are is scam artists. Disgusting.

DO NOT BUY from this dealership!!!!
So here is my story- in 2020 I bought a 2016 Kia Soul. I paid monthly on the lease on time, and paid the residual off completely, owing ZERO dollars on this vehicle. When I made my final payment I was told that there was a GPS unit on it that needed to be removed, when I explained that I have since moved away ( a couple hours actually) that there was no hurry.
Yesterday ( I don’t know how long my vehicle has been disabled) I went to move my Kia out of my garage. Would not start, checked everything and I call APG realizing the Kia had been disabled remotely by them. What I got was a run around. My car is still disabled and according to them, via the text message is they could not re-enable the car because the account is closed and paid off.
To say that I am blown away by this response is an understatement. I own that car outright and they disabled it AFTER I paid it off.
Furthermore, I recently found out that my Kia had been in 2 previous car accident that was not disclosed to me when I purchased the car. Both accidents happened in California. Markosisn Auto and APG are absolutely the lowest of the low.
Please do anything else then buy a car from this awful company. I now have a paid off vehicle that I can’t drive because they disabled it via the GPS system. Please do not go here

Worse scam I have ever witnessed. Crappy thing is they get away with it. I was in desperate need of a vehicle to live between my partner and I. They take advantage of that. They put me in a SUV I couldn't afford and made it seem like it was a steal of a deal. Then they gave me a key that was shaved down too short so I had to ram it into the ignition to start it. That equals failure of parts at some point and time. And they wouldn't help me unless I paid. It wasnt damage due to being miss treated it was damage due to lack of respect for their jobs. I eventually could not even start the car to drive to work. They turned around and sued me. I don't know how they have gotten away with seeking out the desperate knowing they have no other choice than to accept whatever just to be able to make it. I couldn't ever respect a business like this.

I had came in with. Co-signer and waited over an hour while you guys helped everyone else which I feel is extremely unprofessional and rude I don't know if it was due to my skin color or the fact you guys just didn't wanna help me. Several employees came up to me telling me someone would be with me but they kept helping other people even people who came after I walked in.

I went with my brother to the Taylorsville location because they are known for helping people with not so great credit looking for a fresh start and my brother had purchased a car from them in the past. We sat there for 3 hours waiting for them to try and get him approved, we were tired, hungry and hot, not once being offered a bottle of water, at which time they slipped him one more paper to sign which I can only assume gave them permission to run his legal history. Following that they pretty much refused to sell to him due to an old drug charge. We left and went to another dealer that was willing to give him his fresh start and sold him a beautiful 2019 vehicle he is very happy with and a much better quality of car then Markosian offered. This is not the dealership for you if you are looking for a fresh start!
