What a horrible experience, owners are extremely rude, they ruined the night, NOT WORTH THE PRICE, avoid this venue like the plague

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they are a total rip off and will cause you nothing but stress the day of your celebration. Instead of have a fun day celebrating this place had our family stressed and in tears and had to spend more money going and buy stuff in the middle of the party they said they would provide. Staff eats the food they serve then tells you they ran out of food while they are all back there eating and the guests you paid for to eat are left without a plate. Bathrooms run out of toilet paper. The paper towels are just cheap dollar tree rolls that are just sitting on the side of the sink and not in the case everything about this place is bad from the food to the service. Spend your money elsewhere you will be happier and stress free

The venue itself is pretty nice, but not even the best looking venue is worth having the owner creep around and hover over everything and everyone. Come time to pack up and leave he was just rushing everyone out the door. Horrible way to conduct business.

All I can say is WOW what a disappointment this venue is! They like to rip you off and there no communication between the husband and wife! They were just rude, very poor customer service and disrespectful! They did no care that our family had to go out to get food because they pulled the food before the time and said they serve more then 100 people. No ice was provide at all for the sodas. The bathrooms where not checked on to be cleaned nor to stock up on the toilet paper. The guy just kept starting us down, which made us feel super uncomfortable. Please do not waste your money on this venue. Go else where.

I hate the fact that I even have to write such a... review because the venue & it's set-up very nice. However, it's quickly overshadowed by numerous factors. Starting with the beginning of the day of the party. Prior to that I had made an arrangement with the venue owner's spouse that if we could arrive earlier morning of to set up and haul things to the venue because we live a county over and the weather was not going to be good; he agreed. Come morning of the party and that arrangement time rolled around and his phone was off. I kept calling, messaging and nothing. My husband only got ahold of the venue owner because he found an additional phone number to their venue online. Clearly the owner and her husband do not communicate with one another at all. I would arrange one thing with him and then the owner would try to arrange something different with me after the fact.They also stated that ice would be provided except for the alcohol; makes sense. However day of party he tells me that only two bags of ice would be provided. Where in his rational mind does he find that enough for a guest list of at least 100 people. They also started putting food away way before they were supposed to claiming that 108 plates had been served.... baloney. We saw the stacks of plates and I can assure you it wasn't even 100. Then when I stated to serve more plates for my arriving guests, they tried feeding me the story that the food was all gone. Again, lies because I saw the trays after they took them aback and there was still 1/3 of food left. I even offered to pay additional per plate but to not lie to me when I Cleary saw there was plenty left. Then come to find out they were in the back chowing down. Nowhere in my contract does it state that I have to feed the venue workers too on my dime. Imperative family members had to run to a couple places to buy more food and other things that i was told would be provided but then kitchen staff said it was on us. Again, more miscommunication. How embarrassing and because of that we had to pause the next segment until they got back. Because of this pause i had to shave away at contracted entertainment because of how late it got and they had other shows to get to. They didn't have enough toilet paper or paper towels in the bathrooms. I had the venue until 12 and if I wanted an extra hour it would be additional. They flicked on the lights and started cleaning up way before 12 and started cleaning tables and folding them to put away. We were all rushing to pack up and they were turning off lights on us midway until we asked them not because we were clearly still taking everything down. They stood around like drill Sargeants waiting for us to zip out of there. I can see why they are very generalized and vague with their responses and even contract from the very beginning but I let a couple things fly and trusted them to pull through as promised. Initially when I commented about their low reviews the husband stated it was merely from disgruntled entitled clients that didn't get their way... again trusting them. It should also be against Google review policy for any venue owner to give themselves a rating on their own business. I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Beareau. They like to rip people off and wait til the day of too. It's utterly & completely inconsiderate of people's time and resources. I can assure they do this a lot to People and it's not their first rodeo either. They caused a lot of unnecessary headaches and stress with their mindless impromptus. NEVER AGAIN!

This place is nice! However, the costumer service is horrible, rude and disrespectful. No integrity!!! Which makes this a not good option of a venue to celebrate the most precious moments with your loved ones..

The biggest disappointment was that they took away the food before the agreed time, apart from the fact that they were just waiting for the party to end to run, the truth is I don't recommend that room, it's better Events?

Be aware of these people! They are not to be trusted!! I booked an event with them on September 7th for January 27th. We worked out the details. They stated $1800 with a $300 deposit. I venmoed them and done deal. 9 days later, on September 16th due to personal reasons, I had to cancel the event. I messaged them on messenger and they didn't respond until this morning September 18th and told me to call in. So I did, some lady answered. I explained to her why I need to cancel so she said it's now cancelled. I asked about getting my money back and she stated there are no refunds. I asked why not since it's 5 months in advance and less than 10 days since I booked it. She stated it's in the contract. I asked what contract that I didn't sign anything and she just states no refunds. When I said this was the stupidest thing i've ever heard of she hung up on me and proceeded to message and say she can book another day, which after you've already given me a bad taste, I will never rebook with you. I explained no where on their page or site does it state no refunds she just ended up blocking me. The venue itself has very unprofessional owners, disrespectful and dishonest. Save your money and go somewhere else. These people are not worth it.
