“Wow such great deal dollar used to one 1 each items. But since after covid they rise up $1:25 which is still okay , l like to take my kids clients to shop there because every thing looks shine , they do like to pick so many stuff and l still like since makes them happy. I can't spend more than three days without go to this shop to use what is new especially in kids toys . Thank you so much guys you help out.”

“This location usually has a wide selection. Employee that attended me was friendly. But would like to see better customers service. With shorting the lines in a timely manner. Not just in this location, but all Dollar Trees. On this day some customers left their purchase, because of this. A third employee thought two could handle it. She could have been a great help. For those two employees, "GREAT JOB".”

“I've been shopping here a long time. In the past its been dirty. The last 3 weeks not only has it turned around in cleanliness....I have been greeted friendly at the door. I am glad they got more help at the registers at night.i don't have to wait in long lines any more. Love the selections!!!”

“Better selection than it used to have, but the customer service is piss poor.It would be nice if they had self-checkout, because it would be ore responsive than a cashier who's looking at their phone and barely acknowledges you.I find it unprofessional that the cashier is always on their phone, and has to finish up their text message or whatever they are doing before they can start checking you out..”

It's just most of the time when I go there I don't get a greeting but I never take offense to that because I know they might be working hard so I understand, and they just might not have enough time to say hi or something.”

“This location is fairly organized and was stocked for the most part. One employee who was stocking shelves was complaining audibly. That was a turn off. The other ladies at the register were nice and I love that one was dancing to the music she was listening to. She seemed happy. That was nice. I’d go back because items are inexpensive and location is great.”

I always feel like I interrupted a store reset though because they always have a ton of boxes in the isles, along the back wall, or (as it seems lately)at the beginning of the islesIt's difficult to push a cart through as the layout is small and cramped already. I haven't had anything but pleasant staff interactions so I keep going back.”

“Had to stop in for some last minute things for thanksgiving. They had everything they needed and soda on sale for 2 for 3 and alot of other Holiday favorites. Go check it out at very reasonable prices.”
“Like always that I'm going to one of this kind of stores, dollar one I mean, I come for just a couple things and I leave with 40. I believe it happened to most people. I would've given it a five starts but just one small BIG detail. I really don't know what is going on, if there are no employees enough or is slowly selling the merchandise they already have to close the store at the end. STOCKING is the problem, you can see tons of shelves empty and I've seen this for a few weeks now. Some are filled with whatever. I hope they don't close this store, it is a source of little bit fancy good looking things and others cheap for the community, specially the ones like myself with low income.”
“I went in for men's hair dye and they had my colour as usual. I usually go to another location but they do not carry men's hair dye. A great savings! I also get my candles and rubbing alcohol and peroxide. They have big bottles.”

“2022: This store is closest to my house so I usually come here but it’s really frustrating they are always closing the store even in the middle of the day. I’d rather go the extra distance and shop at a different family dollar. I will add the manager and 1 other male staff are really cool other then that pretty disappointed at this location
2023: Almost everything you find here is priced wrong. I double check the signs to make sure they match the product I want. Bring it up to the register and it’s $5 to $10 more than was marked. And they won’t honor the prices marked. They’ve been using the same excuses for months now, “the store probably had a reset and no one’s got around to changing price tags.” Or recently “Because of the remodel everything is mixed around.”
The family dollar or 3100s just from the street is so much better!
2024: My review has completely changed! They did a remodel a while back and it has made a huge difference. Also, Dennis the manager is so nice! He’s really good at making sure I feel respected and heard! I’m so happy this place has changed for the better because it seriously is 2 minutes from my house and I shop here almost every day sometimes even multiple times a day!”
“This Family Dollar always has everything one might need, all in one place. I run in and get bathroom tissue, sometimes some shampoo or bath soap. They have bathroom accessories(shower curtains and bath mats, etc) as well as inexpensive comforters and so forth. I love a few of the items that they carry. I hope that they are always at this location....because they are very accessible for me and my family. This store is great to run in and get cereal, some canned goods, they also have a frozen foods section. Either way...I love that the store is just the right size for someone with arthritis that can be problematic at times...it has good prices that are competitively priced with surrounding stores, and the employees are always nice. All in all-- great little location....never overwhelmed or too busy. It is a little gem in the middle of the city.”
