“We’ve been in to O’Reilly a handful of times in the last couple months as we fix up an older car that had been sitting in the garage.We’ve had a good experience every time we’ve been in and with all the folks who have attended us, but I want to mention in particular the excellent help that we’ve received from Mac on several occasions now.Mac helped us with tests, he dug up information about a part that was under warranty, and he has consistently been patient, knowledgeable, and good-natured when we’re in. We’ll be back any time we need anything for the car, and that is due in no small part to our experience with Mac, who has made us feel that we’re in good hands when we’re there. Thanks!”

Even there front counter lady knows her stuff and is helpful and such which I think is cool. I definitely recommend them for everything related to batteries.”
“After a less than stellar experience at the Autozone by my house that left me frustrated and a bit annoyed, I ventured across the street to O’Riley’s Auto Parts and my mood was quickly turned around. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door and asked if I needed help with anything (something that was not done at Autozone even though there were 3 associates in the immediate vicinity that weren’t seemingly busy) I told the sales associate the dilemma I had with the screws to my license plate and the lack of service I’d received across the street. They then walked me over to the items I needed and came out to my car to see what the threading looked like and even tested one of the screws to make sure it was the right fit. They told me not all license plate screws and fittings are universal as they can vary by size, make, model and year of the car. They even offered to help me reattach my license plate and make sure it was secure. I will definitely be return customer. They were professional, friendly and very helpful! The associate even told me that if the product didn’t work to come back and they’d help me find a solution to the issue in the future. Thank you to the staff for providing excellent customer service!”

“It's not that big of a deal, but it was for me. I got a new car, my check engine light came on and had me stressed on top of other things. I had previously gone to an Auto Zone, where the employee just sat on his stool and handed me the code reader. He told me there were instructions on it. I honestly don't know my way with vehicles or their tools and it's helpful if they can assist me. I felt pushed aside and frustrated after telling him that it wasn't working. In an annoyed tone, he said I had to go to a mechanic.
I decided to go to O'Reilly's instead. I walked in and spoke with Victor. He was extremely helpful and even did the code reading for me. We found out there were no codes pulling up and he reset my check engine light. He even suggested that if it came on again to for sure see a mechanic. It's really the smallest thing and I'm sure apart of his job, but I deeply appreciated his help. THANK YOU!”

“I stopped by to see how to glue down a piece of rubber that was flapping in the wind on the top of my Honda Odyssey, and Patrick was awesome. He said I could buy the glue, but really, that strip is just cosmetic, so for free he helped me cut the small piece off that was flapping. Amazing service. Would definitely recommend coming here. “I went in yesterday afternoon and was helped by a woman, whose name I unfortunately didn't get. I believe she may have been the manager. “I purchased a motorcycle battery on Amazon 2022 by the spring of 2023 the battery was dead. I went to batteries plus in Sandy before they moved and the service was great. I was on the fence buying a battery from batteries plus because it was a little more than what I could buy on Amazon. After I purchased the battery I drove home and found the battery didnt come with acid. I called the store and they offered to fill the battery at no charge. The battery was great all summer. I hastily stored my motorcycle in the fall and I forgot to pull the battery. The battery sat connected to my motorcycle in my shed all winter. Today April 11th I pulled out the motorcycle, turned the key and it started right up, I couldn't believe it. In contrast the battery I purchased on Amazon in 2022 sat on a shelf in my insulated garage connected to a battery tender to find it completely dead in the spring. I'm super happy with my purchase from batteries plus, quality product and great service.”
