I never post reviews but my experience with this Autozone has been HORRENDOUS. I went to get a new battery only for them to spend 2 hours trying to install it BACKWARDS! Even though the terminals didn’t fit (the positive and negative are different sizes) the employees tried to force it using a rubber mallet, screwdrivers, and even sanding down the battery posts. During this time the employees charged it, jumped it, etc. After 2 hours and almost a dozen people (including several customers and the store manager) taking a look, one of the employee’s dad figured out the problem by watching a YouTube video. I honestly wish I was kidding.Due to Autozone’s negligence not only are 2 fuses in my car are fried but my car needs a new fuse box! Almost $1,300 in damages and they are refusing to pay!! Please, learn from my mistake and go literally anywhere else

I hate leaving negative ratings but if there is ever a case for it, this is it. For as long as I've been driving I've taken my cars to Autozone, so when my battery died recently it was a no brainer! I bought the battery for my 2016 Honda Civic and they installed it (or at least tried to). The terminal didn't fit and sparks flew. He said it was fine and took a rubber hammer to it trying to force the terminal to fit. For the next 2 hours almost a dozen people including all the staff in the store (and the store manager over FaceTime) looked at the terminal only to determine that it must be an after market part and tried to force it with every tool imaginable, even shaving down the battery posts. Eventually one of the employees dads figured out the new battery had been put in BACKWARDS by watching a YouTube video. I wish I was kidding. Due to Autozone charging my car and jumping it while having a backwards battery, my fuse box needs to be replaced along with a few other things costing over $1300!! I called and let them know what happened and now they are refusing to pay! Please, learn from my mistake, take your car literally anywhere else!

I had a battery issue and Jonathan and Angel helped me find the correct new battery and went the extra mile to test my starting system and install the new battery when some bolts and nuts were rusted together.Amazing service and would definitely recommend this location.

Needed a temp sensor and part was in stock. The guys (employees), however, just stared at me and were slightly rude with short, snarky answers. The otherwise provided very little support so I chose to leave without buying other things I wanted.

Went in and bought Front brake pads with my husband, and I asked to use the bathroom and they have no SOAP, I asked the lady upfront if they had any and she said they have ordered it multiple times and it never comes on their truck. A greasy Auto parts store with nothing to wash your hands with??? Very sad!

Over the past few weeks I have purchased remanufactured starter remanufactured alternator they have worked great ? I was worried BC it was remanufactured replaced battery I will continue to do business with them

Can't leave a 0 or I would! Was given a box that had the wrong brake pads in it, right box, wrong brakes! We already had our car taken apart and the guy was not helpful to get us the right ones and was rude until we asked for a manager. Also, we went to get a battery and were told that it was under warranty but they didn't have the right battery. So we went to another store and then were told it wasn't under warranty. The manager told us he would call us back within a half hour to figure out out and we never heard back. Still don't know if it was warrantied. Just went somewhere else and got a new one and so never go back to AutoZone.

This is my all time favorite parts store Thay help you with it all and if Thay don't know what the problem is Thay will research it untell Thay what the problem is thanks for being a big part of are life's and thanks for letting me know what oil my standard transmission uses
