The cashiers have something against you saving money here. Always seems to be in a rush like you're bothering them. They don't give you any chance to enter your loyalty and even when you remember to ask their permission to enter your phone number somehow discounts still aren't applied. Some guy from outside came in to intimate me and the three people behind the counter didn't do anything

I don't know if the person working the counter was just having a bad day or what, but she was quite rude. I was a paying customer and asked if I could use the bathroom and caught massive attitude from her. Will not be coming back.

love this location the staff is friendly but they need to take care of the homeless problem and people begging all the time. I want to go in get my shopping done and not have to come out to be asked for money every single time

I go there to bought some and some guy there charge me more items the one I get and when I get my receipt he just said I can give you some money back I recommend the people when come this place check you receipt and also they up the prices

The 7-11 on 4700 S. 4000 W. The guy cashier that works the graveyard shift is RUDE and Doesn't like to do anything except for going outside and having a cigarette.

DO NOT GO TO THIS 7 eleven!!!!. I've been a loyal customer for years and I see a lot of homeless In the area. Last night one of them tried to attack me inside the store and non of the employees did anything to help I had fight him off myself. I told the employee to call the cops coz I didn't have my phone and he couldn't even do that. These employees and panhandlers outside that store are setting up customers up that come in late at night to get robbed and on top that all there credit card machines are broken and the it's the only 7 eleven I know that never serves fresh food. Whoever see's this should go to the 7 eleven on 35th or the one on 47th you'll the biggest difference in cleanliness and customer service. And the owner's wife is very disrespectful all I tried to do was tell she needs to get rid of the panhandlers Infront of her store coz they robbing customers inside and outside her store she started yelling at me Infront of other customers saying it's my fault I got attacked very unprofessional setting.
