Made picking up water softener salt a huge pain. Moved it in the garden area that is locked up. Really? Were there so many people stealing salt that you’re good losing revenue? I will go somewhere else to buy salt

Surprised walmart is in service waited over a. Hour to exchange battery and only person to give a dam was alan in tires. When to front of customer service and the woman there acted like we were from hell and attitude before we could even say hi. Ive worked in walmart do better just because chose to spend all your money on making a new gas station insted of worrying weather you staff to handle the utmost simplest stuff.

No Apple Pay and Poor Customer Service
Apple Pay didn’t work so I had to try and pay through Walmart pay on the app. That didn’t work so I had to go to customer service. We eventually got Walmart pay to work but the agent at the customer service desk was rude and made it pretty obvious that he didn’t want to help me through the situation. Didn’t catch his name but he had brown curly hair and was quite young. I would recommend some additional training or moving him to a non-customer facing role. He specifically made it a terrible experience.

The individual that I asked to help me get my tire fixed was bothered to have to even look at it. He then proceeded to find at least 5 reasons I should go somewhere else including it wouldn’t be a guarantee he could help me, there was a two hour wait where I would have to wait in store and if they couldn’t fix it, I would HAVE buy a new set of tires even though our tires are almost new and it was clearly a case of running over a nail due to the endless construction on our street. So clearly not going there ever again.
