My opinion I think it’s a good store to get a quick drink or snack because it’s calm at times and helps for-fill my needs.

Every time I call, I am on hold for more than 15 minutes at a time. I'm currently on hold now while I write this review.....it's been 30 min and counting.I'm leaving this pharmacy and trying for Clinton.

Been going here for years but lately falling short in the pharmacy. Every 2 weeks like clockwork I need medication refill but lately they are lazy and don’t even tell people when they are out of stock. No longer going here I suggest you do the same.

TL;DR: Will never schedule flu shots here again after being treated so poorly.Scheduled 4 flu shot appointments for my family being 5:00, 5:15, 6:00 and 6:15. The appointments should have been all together but the website had many issues when scheduling. I know my way around technology but the scheduling on the website was one of the worst. You'd think that you can select your times together. But as you select your times they fill up and change and reloading the page would show the opened slots again and rinse and repeat. It was as if I was playing whack-a-mole with appointments. We figured it shouldn't be an issue to get 4 shots grouped together and be done so I called about 1:00pm to see if I can fit them in together. I was met with a very condescending tone and was talked to like I am 2 years old. I was told to schedule it online and was hung up on. I figured I would just head in at 5:00 and see if they can fit them in anyway.Arriving at the pharmacy desk I asked to see if I can fit my flu shot appointments together with my family. I was told I probably could and would have to get the first 2 done and see if the people scheduled between us would be there. We understood that it would be a possibility we would have to wait for the other 2 between 5:15 and 6:00. We said we would like to get my appointment done first and the second being my mom because the 5:00 and 5:15 appointments were for my sister and my dad. The pharmacist said she might be able to do that and she'd check with the other pharmacist to be sure. After checking with the other pharmacist she said "so, it's for your dad and sister, correct?". I corrected and told her the other way around and she went and asked the other pharmacist again. She then came back and asked to make sure it was my sister and I. I told her it was for me and my mom. She said ok then started going through the paperwork and asked again who was going to go first and second. We went through this circle for about 15 minutes. I asked how I would schedule this in the future and was told to schedule it online. This whole conversation that had gone on for about 25 minutes ended with me canceling the appointments and leaving. This isn't the first time I have dealt with this pharmacist. I have called about my prescriptions and been hung up on multiple times by this particular employee. I understand if the pharmacy is understaffed and overworked because I have been there. But to treat customers as such I do not sympathize with. There is only 1 pharmacist there who I would actually recommend talking to because the way he handles customers is very professional. Avoid anything other than prescriptions here and even then I would only fill prescriptions if absolutely necessary.

I was in the Syracuse UT Walgreens yesterday (11/18/2023) the store was busy, with screaming children and numerous customers at both the photo department and the checkout stands. I noticed there were 3 employees working and only 2 of which were actually working. The two young ladies were working at the checkout stands, while also managing the photo department helping customers. The two young ladies were very courteous, professional and apologetic about the screaming children and the mess they created pulling things off the shelves.I am writing this review to bring attention to the third employee who was NOT helping the two young ladies that were absolutely overwhelmed with responsibilities and customers. This young man was in an isle with a cart sorting the shelves close enough to be aware of the crowd of customers. He did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help the other employees or CUSTOMERS! He rudely spent his time standing around sorting what in my opinion could have been done when the customer flow was over.I spent at least a half an hour shopping and nearly 10 minutes in line wondering why the male employee couldn’t stop fiddling around with products on the shelves and helping these two young ladies?I REALLY wish Walgreens would take some kind of action to hire more employees like the two young ladies. This young man has NO business working with customers!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Cannot take responsibility for their actions, they don’t even apologize for the inconvenience they, their systems and company caused and they don’t even say “have a great day.” And that’s the PHARMACIST! Not to mention the pharmacy technicians cannot properly ring up items…take your prescriptions elsewhere.

It's the pharmacy I've gone to all my life. The drive-through is a little tight, but it's a good pharmacy.

Would be fine if the employees “working” here didn’t close the store before actual closing.

Worst drive through ever. They let people camp at the front of the line while they wait for their prescription to be filled.

The pharmacist at this location is absolutely terrible. Despite reminding them to order medications, they did not have my daughters prescription in stock. When I asked how I could resolve this I was told I needed to take responsibility. More responsibility then reminding them to perform basic stocking practices. Avoid this location if at all possible.

:( Sad to have the experience I have had over the last few days with the Syracuse Walgreens. They used to be polite and helpful; This has not been the case recently. Both encounters I had with the pharmacy staff yesterday and today were unpleasant. I called in about a prescription, and the lady who answered was curt and rude. I asked if everything was okay over there because I was not used to being treated disrespectfully at that location. The reply was, "We are understaffed and overworked," followed by the phone being hung up. I hope they get the help they need to return to the pharmacy we used to love.

I love this Walgreens—especially the Pharmacy! We have been coming here for years. We feel that our Pharmacist cares more about us than the Dr. and keeps track of our refills. Everyone is knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. When we moved, we drove an hour to come to this Walgreens because it is the BEST! Thank you!!

By far the worst Pharmacy I have ever used. The customer service is awful. They do not know how to communicate with the customer to let them know they are unable to refill their prescription because they can't keep stock on anything. The drive thru usually takes a while to get anyone to help you and when they do, they are so rude and have a bad attitude. Do not go there! Go to Layton Walgreens or to Smith's across the street!

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff! First time in a Walgreens and will be my last! If your visiting the area I would advise going across the roads to smiths
