“We love love LOVE the team here! When we rescued our senior dog he was in rough shape and our usual vet couldn't get him in even after we explained the situation. Birch Creek got him in immediately and took excellent care of him and went above and beyond. The vet even called us while on vacation to give us lab results! Since then, we've transferred our other two dogs' records there and they are consistently patient, can always get us in if we have something urgent come up, and are so sweet to our three dogs even though they HATE going to the vet and can be difficult little patients while there . The vets and techs there also take their time and make sure all questions are answered and give lots of options and information every appointment. They also walked us through every price point and gave us several options of things there as well. Their bedside manner is so great and we are so thankful we found them! (For the record, we have seen multiple providers here, but usually see Richardson or Klar!)”

“We love Banfield so much! Dr Urbick is great and the staff is always super kind! I only have two complaints, they are always so busy that sometimes it’s hard to get ahold of them. And it’s also hard to get in an emergency issue asap because they are so booked.”
“It was my first time taking my small dog for the vaccine clinic. Everyone from the lady who checked him in, to include the vet tech and vet were amazing!!! He had a series of shots and they were patient and he did very well!! Highly recommended ?”
