FYI apparently they can’t use Lable Broker IDs or QR codes for returns so you have to go to the actual post office for them to scan your QR code to return without having to print off a return lable. Pretty disappointing

I love this location! The lady that helped me was so friendly and kind! The other locations always have cranky employees. This location has great employees and I love it!

The employees at the Syracuse/Free port center location went above and beyond the call of duty to retrieve a package for me and deliver it to my home. This meant working after hours to accomplish this task. A big thank you to the people working this location, especially Gordon and Sandra...

I felt like I stepped back in time when I went here. They did take mobile payment (not the biggest deal) but they "didn't have the technology to scan a bar code for a shipping label". That is big deal since so much of what people do is mobile. Don't bother going here just drive a bit further to full post office.

We are contracted with this location to deliver medications to patients. About 1/4 of the time they simply do not show up for the pick-up and patients have to wait for their medication

Employees need to be more considerate to customers. Just a week or so ago we went to another post office with certified mailings and had no issues. Today we go and are told they are wrong, due to the form being changed, and were completely rude about it. If the old forms are still in circulation than they should be accepted. Such rude counter people.

I just left the post office in Syracuse and it says it closes at 5:00. I got there 4:57 to send 2 letters and the attendanded didn't want to receive because She said it was almost 05:00. That's not right, that's not honest and fair, the sign says it closes at 05:00 and I got there before 05:00 and the door was open... change the sign then and closes at 4:57 instead of 05:00.... why she didn't want to receive my mail? Now I know why herI has low rating..

I Was told to go to another post office because they couldn't ship packages from this location. All they can do is send letters and sell stamps. Very disappoint by the lack of effort this employee made as I've sent packages from this location multiple times.

Employee was very helpful and kind my first visit a few months ago, and last month, the employee was helpful as well. Today, I was disappointed with the service. After a wonderful and delightful morning of running around with little ones and then bringing a toddler with me, I was likely less aware of the needs of the employee. Future customer, be more clear on what you need. In my situation I could've have clarified and said, “I'm sending two letters, and I don't have any stamps. Will you please tell me how many stamps I need per letter?†Future employee, if you see that someone is struggling in life. Be kind. In order to better serve your next customer, it would be best to simply ask them if they have stamps and kindness does matter. Please leave out remarks such as, “Are you still waking up?†Thank you.

constantly get the wrong packages. other packages and pieces of mail have failed to arrive. I am concerned that I have missed important pieces of information because of continual errors. When I call it seems to be a non-priority. Another organization that focuses on handling large quantity over accuracy and quality. It seems the only mail I can count on getting is junk mail.
