very bad experience on this cold storage i want to say all of drivers if you have a delivery on this warehouse so they guys are taking +5 hours to unloading and they guys are giving you two to three times different Doors ??

Drivers steer clear from this place! They do not give you a set temperature for their load until you get there. They make you go to the street . Then charge you a late fee even when your on time! My appointment was 8:30am I got there at 8:15am the security guard told me to set my reefer to 20 and come back when it reaches 15! I waited for four hours and realized something was not right! I called them and asked them about the reefer set point the clerk said it supposed to be set at -20 not 20 . I explained to her that I was told by their security to set it at 20 they said okay we will see what we can do! An hour later I check in again ! The clerk said well you were late so it’s going to be a fee of $285.00 and we are not going to load you until it’s paid! I explained to here that I was given I was not late at all it’s literally a scam ! After I paid the fee I got put into a door! Hours went past still waiting to get loaded ! First shift left without loading me ! It is currently 6:21pm her and guess what they still have not even started to load me I have been here for 10 hours ! And I’m still waiting for them to load me me

This location wants a 5 digit # to check in. If you don't, they send you back out on the street. No door available they send you back out on the street. Not wanting to come here again ?

First time picking up at US Cold Storage, but very pleasant experience. 2 hours total for a frozen load is exceptional.
Checkin 1230
Appt time 1330
Given dock right away, although they shifted me to another dock due to space for product.. but hostler came out and told me where to go
Checked out 1430
They run strict to appt, but do it so wait times are shorter… they want to get you in and out.
Employee in guard shack very nice… shipping office employees very nice as well.
Make sure to arrive pre-cooled within 5 degrees of reefer set point… I arrived pre-cooled to set point temp… not their fault if you arrive outside of temp range and suffer late fees.
All in all a great experience and will pick up load here anytime.

Awesome place to come! They have plenty of room to move around and get to the door. A big staging area is available for all trucks to park before getting loaded. Pre cool your temperature before coming, so it doesn’t hold you up. Customer service is awesome, the lady, Kenzie at the window is very professional and kind.

Horrible place.
I arrived almost an hour before my appointment. The appointment time is 7:30. When I checked in I said I needed some time to cool down. The clerk said I had to leave facility territory and come back at 8 o'clock. When I returned I was told I was over 30 minutes late and therefore must to pay a late fee of $315.
This is a total scam.

This facility is underhanded and shady. They expect a reefer to cool to -20 on a blazing July afternoon and then turn you out to park on the street. There's zero shade and no convenient location to cruise at highway speeds. Then when you finally reach temp they inform you that you have to pay a late fee or be rescheduled.

don,t come here my appt is 11:30 pm and it,s 3:56 still at the door . my next load is cancel just because of uscs . when i call in receiving lady talk to me polite and nice but there is one lady in the check out window totally rude . i can,t give them less then one star .

Been at us cold storage in Syracuse utah since 930 in the morning. And as of writing this.1210 pm. They still haven't started loading. This is the last time I come here they can't give me an answer when they will load me

The first time I came here it was to load french fries many years ago, I remember arriving in the morning, and I was literally the last truck out at the end of the night. Just to go to the scale and find out I was overweight and when I came back, everybody had gone home and I was told that I would have to wait until the morning. However, this was my first time that I came here and the second time was pretty long as well. Recently, I’ve been loading out of here once or twice a month and it seems as they finally have the kinks worked out. i’m not saying you won’t be here for a few hours or half today but what I am saying just like most places don’t arrive more than an hour before your appointment, Have a safety vest, And remember you receive what you give! be kind and courteous, and they will in return.

Be punctual, don't be late or you will be charged a fine.
There are usually waiting parking spaces but it will depend on the access control guard.
It is easy to access and if you arrive very early some trucks wait on the street
