“First off all Ryder's are not the same....trust me on that. This place is first class. Without an appointment,I didn't call ahead I just showed up with a lead on the trailer. They found the problem that no one else could find in literally 10 minutes. They pulled into a bay and fixed the problem. These guys are top shelf first class.”
“John at JCP was beyond outstanding! We needed a moving truck on a Sunday and only had a couple locations options with the size we were needing. Even though JCP wasn’t open on a Sunday we were able to use the 24/7 pick up feature. However we ran into issues with the 24/7 process and was able to contact John. He swung down super quick and helped us even on his day off! He was a gem and a half to do so, we appreciated that greatly, and was pleasure to work with. JCP was a little further away but I would easily make the drive to work with them again! Amazing service!!”

“This review is for Gabe, for doing the OEM hitch and wire installation on our 2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime XSE with premium package aka a rear bumper kick sensor. He was very attentive, a great listener, and receptive to what I wanted and needed to get done. Two Toyota service centers and 3 self proclaimed “professional hitch installers” all refused or could not get this job done!!!!This was a learning curve for me and for Gabe but he was great through the entire process and really took what I said and wanted and not only made it happen but made it better. He can troubleshoot and think freely, he is not constrained to the limitations like those other shops who all said no to doing the install because they did not have a set of directions to follow. I mentioned possibly relocating the 4pin hitch wire harness and gave him free reign to install it how he saw fit. I was 100% happy with what he came up with which honestly Toyota should adapt to their own install methods and service instructions ❤️.My only small concern in the back of my mind, which Gabe pointed out to me. The cut out for the receiver is a tad bit larger than it needs to be so I suppose the potential for road salts getting up there is a possibility but at this point I am not sure how much better of a job the Toyota dealership would have done if they had been using the template which was printed double sided on the same piece of paper?. He did offer to replace the bumper and make a new cut closer in.. I was happy and will see how things work as is for now.”
“My experience with this business was very good. I went in one week before my move date, and the lady at the counter was very kind and helpful. She was able to get me a moving truck on short notice, and she maintained communication with me during the week. When I got the truck, the same lady came outside and helped direct me as I backed the truck up so I wouldn’t hit anything. I was happy and thankful for the service I received.”
