I had some serious curb rash on my expensive and rare Volvo split rim BBS wheels! Every time I looked at the car I just hated it!
I talked to Markie (owner) about repairing just the outer rim of the front two wheels. She recommended refurbishing the entire wheel in addition to all four wheels as there was other minor nicks and blemishes on each of the wheels. I explained to her that I have very high expectations and she assured me they would deliver!
Markie and her skilled team did an AMAZING Job repairing the curb rash and paining the wheels with the exact volvo paint code and finished them with a clear coat. They also found and repaired a bent rim that I was not aware was damaged!
I am so glad that I had all of the wheels refurbished. A little more money but well worth the price! The wheels honestly look better than new and I am once again proud of my car.

“So I had an unexpected damage tire from a piece of shrapnel while parking at a job site in the Layton area. I had very little to no time once off work to figure out how to make it to the Layton Big O tires before they closed and I literally made it there with 10 minutes before closing time. I communicated with the shift manager Taylor throughout the day. He was very accommodating and understanding threw the whole ordeal and a big huge shout out to Jace and Ruben and Taylor as all three of them teamed up to help get my tires replaced as fast as possible even though it was past their closing time. Truly, Lifesavers.. and not only that, just for extra fun, my starter started acting up leaving Big O tires so I was again In a position of being stranded.. Then Jace and Ruben came out to my truck while they were leaving to go home and stayed even longer to help me fix the starter issue. And thankfully it was fixed.

I’ll admit, I stopped going to Les Schwab a few years ago after a pricing dispute left a bad taste in my mouth. But when I found myself in an emergency situation recently, I decided to give them another shot, and I’m genuinely glad I did.
Hunter was the first to help me out this time around. He was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through tire options and making sure everything was properly inflated. Super easy to work with, and it really set the tone for a great experience.
But the real MVP of my most recent visit was Burt. I’ve been working on getting my Nissan Titan back in shape, and after installing a new suspension kit, I brought it in for an alignment. My wife took it in on a Monday, but something still felt off when I was driving it later in the week. I brought it back in on Saturday morning, and they got me in immediately.
Burt spent over two hours checking the alignment and even went above and beyond to double-check the work I had done myself. Turns out I hadn’t torqued the outer tie rod ends correctly, and that was throwing everything off. Not only did Burt take the time to explain what went wrong, but he did it with patience, professionalism, and zero judgment. He was incredibly apologetic for the delay (even though it wasn’t their fault) and made sure the truck left the shop 100% dialed in.
Thanks to Hunter, Burt and the team, my truck is driving better than ever. I appreciate the honesty, the hard work, and the genuine care they showed.
