I was there earlier today and this lady named Joey was being very disrespectful toward these young kids that were working with her. I saw this cute girl start crying because Joey was yelling at her. Other than that, I did enjoy my experience shopping at this location. But, I do think that yelling in front of customers is very unnecessary and rude.

Unacceptable wait times with pick up orders. One hour and 33 minute delay on a Tuesday?! Management needs to get a handle on this. Tried to speak to management and there are nowhere to be found.

I went in yesterday to pick up some prescriptions which I normally do. Why was there I decided to shop a little bit. Very disappointed in the selection and unavailability of products. The prices are a little higher than what I'm used to paying. And it seems they suck more brand name products than others. I used to shop here all the time yesterday kind of put a bad taste in my mouth.

This is really the only place I like to shop. The prices are affordable and consistent between locations. The staff are always friendly and try to do something extra to help.

If you are going here for DELI MEAT, turn around if you see a man working behind the deli counter!
I get the same turkey each time, and the same cut: SHAVED!!!
You would expect that if I say, "SHAVED AS THIN AS POSSIBLE" I would be getting meat that is literally shredding apart.
NO!
Why offer shaved meat if your male deli workers NEVER SHAVE THE MEAT when I ask?? I have never had a female deli worker give me THINLY SLICED when i request SHAVED.
I literally spent almost THIRTY DOLLARS on 2 lbs of shaved boarshead turkey. Not only did I --not-- get the type of turkey I requested (CAJUN), all of my entire 2lbs is thinly sliced--NOT SHAVED!
I DONT GET IT.
If your male workers don't want to shave the deli meat because it "takes too long" or is inconviencing, STOP OFFERING SHAVED MEAT or STOP HIRING MEN!!!!!!
retrain your deli workers to actually understand the differences between slices. ITS AN INCONVENIENCE TO THE CUSTOMER.
Now i have to go and exchange $30 of turkey.

I bought 2 packs "Heritage Farm Boneless Fresh Chicken" and both packages had bones in it. Contacted customer support, and they told me my receipt isn't adequate proof of purchase.

This is for the bakery. I ordered a cake and it did not turn out like we discussed. It looked good and tasted good but there was no oreo filing and the piping and writing were in the same color.

Love this store. Always so clean, employees are so friendly and helpful. A little on the pricey side,but worth it for the amazing quality of fresh vegetables, meat, fish, breads..... Having a seafood spread tonight! ?
