Most honest and affordable repair shop I've ever been to. Have used them for brakes, struts and other suspension issues. They even talked me out of replacing parts that other shops said needed to replaced because they were still good.

Pearson auto has been nothing less than fantastic to work with. They are honest and make a genuine effort to correct what it is needs to be done on my vehicle. There was an issue with a part on my vehicle triggering the ABS sensor. Everyone here has been willing to go the extra mile and making sure that everything was done correctly. I generally do my own mechanic work, but due to time, I haven’t been able to do work on my vehicle. This is the only mechanic shop that I ever recommend.

Fixed our clutch after another repair shop fixed it incorrectly. They were great about communicating updates and it works great now.

The only place I trust with my cars! I had been having issues with my vehicle for several months and had taken it to two dealerships to get fixed. The first dealership had it for over a week and finally told me they couldn’t figure out the issue. The second dealership also had it for over a week and misdiagnosed the problem as a heater core and replaced that. Of course, that wasn’t what was wrong with the car because I still had the same issues. I finally took it to Pearson where they had it for less than an hour and was able diagnose the ACTUAL issue and was amazing working with my extended warranty to get it fixed! I will always choose Pearson’s.

Honest, friendly, & fast! I bought a used car and asked them to check it out and see if I needed any fluids or filters changed. I asked them to put on new brake pads too. They did the brake pads, but said nothing else was needed! I love having an honest shop to take my car to!??

Overall I really like Pearson, these people are great at what they do but they definitely could use some better communication skills. They’d be the best shop in the world if only they’d be more clear about the amount of time things will take and when you should get your car back. I had an incident a few months ago where my car had to have something ordered and they didn’t bother to tell me and then didn’t ask if I wanted my car back after they’d had it for 2 days and they were about to close for the weekend. I ran on foot with only a few minutes to spare before closing to get my car back for the weekend since it wouldn’t be getting worked on anyways and it wasn’t an urgent repair, and there’s been a couple other incidents similar to that but much less of a deal. But seriously, overall this is a great business with people who do good quality work at good prices, but if I were you I’d plan on giving them a full day to do whatever you need them to do even if it’s just for oil because you never know when they start working on your car and they don’t update you with info that might impact the timeline of things. They are my go to shop and I trust what they say and do, they never price gouge and never have tried to take advantage of me in any way, but damn they should figure out some sort of system to keep customers more in the loop. However, as I already stated this really is a good and honest business overall and I’ll always trust them with my car and all my future cars and I refer everyone I can to go to them, if you’re still going to predatory dealerships for service you should switch to Pearson. Hopefully my constructive criticism is taken in good faith.

We moved away from Utah about 4 years ago, and we came back for a few months. My wife’s car was making a funky noise and we brought it to them since they were the only ones we trusted when we moved here. They did not disappoint! This place is a gem, honest and not trying to price gauge you. We can’t recommend this place enough!
