Fair and honest. I’ve had more than one experience where they could have charged me more, but were up front and saved me hundreds of dollars. Unfortunately, most shops today don’t do what’s best for the customer, but the guys at Paul’s do. I never worry that they are trying to upsell me or take advantage of me.

100% honest and good to work with. The only thing bad about them is that everyone seems to know how good they are, so they can sometimes be pretty backed up on appointments.
