Brah, my car died on the freeway. Towed it to these guy ready to pay the 10k for a new engine, and these guys told me it could be warrantied on a 8 year old recall. Sent it to the deals and got myself a free engine. Will only take my vehicles to these guys. They go above and beyond and always do the little things that no one else does even if it doesn’t benefit them. Thank you Jers Elite.

I’ve used their services for at least 10 years off and on. I feel like the bills always end up being enormous but that more my mistake in vehicle choices.
Last service and reason for the review they forgot to plug in an intake sensor and my headlight turn signal went out for some reason at the same time. I have aftermarket LED lights so it was definitely an electrical issue.
They were able to look into both issues even though the headlight isn’t directly connected to what they worked on and fixed the wiring for me just before we went camping.

A friend recommended Jer's after I told him my regular mechanic hadn't been able to fix my car after multiple visits. Jer's diagnosed and fixed it at a reasonable price. It's nice driving my car without dread.

My Mercedes engine light was on took it to them, very professional and very satisfied for the service done , my suv no longer has any issues recommend it to everyone who has an European vehicle to go there with out doubts they have knowledge on this type of vehicle .Customer service very polite and professional!thank you guys for fix my suv!

Took my wife’s Durango in to have the AC repaired. We took it to the dodge dealership and they told us it was just the evaporator that is behind the dash that was leaking. Of course they wanted an arm and a leg for just that repair alone. Went to Jer’s and they double checked the system and found that the condenser was leaking as well, not just the evaporator like dodge said. They fixed both and so far it works great. Any additional cost than what you initially plan on always sucks of course, but they fixed both for less than the dealership was going to charge for just the evaporator.

My first impression walking in it felt like I was at a huge dealership. Everything is clean & bright. Everyone I saw was in uniform with their name on their shirts and super friendly. In the lobby they have big windows so you can see out into the shop. I could immediately tell that they take pride in their work by how clean & organized the shop appeared to be. I took my daughters car in because to AC had quit working. They inspected & tested the system and recommended an ac tune up. I was really impressed when a few days later I received a text from Jers to check in on the car and ask if I had any problems or issues come up. This is the first shop that I’ve been to that I felt like they really cared about my car. I’ve had a few bad experiences with other local shops so this was a welcome change. I’ll definitely use Jers again for all of my repairs. Sorry I don’t remember the names of the three guys that I talked to but everyone was really friendly & professional.

Had a major oil leak in my 96 Mitsubishi 3000GT that my old mechanic Steve automotive specialists couldn't fix after they charged me $3630. When I called Steve's automotive back they quoted another 7k to fix it.
I had to find a better mechanic to work on my car So I decided to take it to Jers Automotive and they fixed my major oil leaks for a $1700 and also gave me a 2 year warranty for the job. I'm firing all my old mechanics and will be going to Jers Elite automotive for all my car repairs.
Bottom line: if you have an older car that require major repairs, take it to Jers Elite automotive, their mechanics know how to fix it.

These guys were amazing. I had taken my vehicle to the dealer for a check engine light diagnostic not only did they diagnose it wrong but they wanted to charge me a few extra thousand dollars for other things that were unnecessary. Took it to Jers and they were able to diagnose it and fix it within three days. Very great at communicating what was going on. We’re awesome at getting things diagnosed and we’re honest about what things that needed to be fixed. We will definitely be coming back to them with any of our vehicles in the future.

Took my wife's car in to have the A/C looked at and they were able to get it fixed as well as take care of some other issues I was unaware of. I usually do all of the routine maintenance so I know that they treated me right and didn't over change me. Thanks!
