“Fantastic customer service! Very intelligent employees here. I have been looking for door panel retainer clips for about a year now. They didn't have them in stock but had them for me the next day! Also tried to find another interior door panel part that I need to replace. Couldn't find that one but those clips were enough to win me over. I'll probably shop here from now on. I was a devoted AutoZone customer for many years. Lately they have fallen short on customer service with me. So I will now be frequenting this location! Thank you for the great service O'Reilly's!”

“I came into the store and had a list of questions for my car battery issues. While waiting in line, I saw a young girl get her manager for a very rude customer. The manager explained that he could not be refunded because he bought a wrong battery and was opened. I think with how rude and very entitled the customer behaved and got treated very politely despite the fact of his behavior. The staff had great patience. I'm not too sure I would have had the same amount of patience with a customer like that.”
“01/29The low beam on the driver's side of my 2012 Prius burned out whilst driving on a very dim rural road in West Haven, Utah. I phoned the O'Reilly's location in Syracuse, UT to see which type of the vehicle in question required and what price their stock was listed for. The employee who answered, Gage, went above and beyond in covering all my novice questions.When I arrived, I quickly procured the part and even was granted a price match. In addition, the assistant manager, Crista, came out and literally popped the light in without hesitation. As a side note, these two were incredibly personable and -as aforementioned - knowledgeable. I just want to thank the both of them for assisting me this evening. The transaction was a fantastic experience and I'm very grateful. These two, Gage and Crista, are invaluable assets to O'Reilly's.”
