“Customer service is amazing here! You dont feel like theyre annoyed to help you. They also have a number where you can speak with them directly, and not have to go to and automated system. That to me shows they value and care about their customers?”

Plenty of parking out front or around the back, good assortment of shipping supplies, and as I said earlier - FRIENDLY and courteous help!”

“Great staff but my only complaint is they love using the yellow slip and putting that in your box for large items instead of putting a key in your box for a larger box that will then have your item in it you can access. So when you work out of town and hours like me I am mostly only able to pickup my mail after hours and I am unable to get my delivered larger items because they left me a yellow slip instead of a key and larger box. There are PLENTY of larger boxes they can use to leave your larger packages in.”
