They are charging me $150 a year for my credit line. I haven’t used it for over a year and called to get my money back. I called the branch in Hurricane and no one would call me back. I called the branch in Bloomington where we opened our business account over twenty years ago and no one will call me back from there either. I’m going to find another place to open a new account.

Why would you close on a Monday after a holiday? This does not make sense. Today is just another day not a holiday. Is it for people just born this morning!? Or just happened to forget that " YESTERDAY" was a holiday...

It was easier to withdraw and close my account than it was to simply change my maiden name to my married name. They wanted me to bring in my father, husband, and marriage license to change the name... my DL and SS card wouldn’t suffice. Won’t be banking with Zion again.

I have been super pleased with this Bank. It has the warm feel of a small bank, where people know your name and care about you as a person. Pat in new accounts is wonderful and has helped me on numerous occasions with new accounts, name changes and notary services. The tellers are kind, always smiling and always helpful. I love that even as a small bank, it has a drive up window. The only drawback is that it isn't open on Saturday for a few hours for those who have to work long week days.

Manager needs to sit down and either have a long talk or fire Jeannette! She is unbelievably rude. I have banked with Zions bank for over 20 years and have never delt with someone so rude at a branch.

By far the worst bank and branch in st George. They charge you for d*** things and won't fix anything even thoogh they say they love the customers. Transfers take forever with “pop money†and they charged 25 each even thoogh it saidit was free. The management at this branch is Terrible. I closed my account to go to Elsewhere, the lady there threw my money at me at the counter, very unprofessional. Many banks better than this place. The online banking is out of date, calling into corporate will only result in you being sent to a branch to fix isssues, and even then they can't and it takes them hours to fix a small issue other banks can have fixed ina matter of minutes. BEWARE OF THIS BANK.

Zions Bank is an Absolute Joke! I have never dealt with such a difficult, demeaning banking institution in all of my life! They have absolutely Zero Regards for Customer Service! In completely baffles me how businesses think they can treat their customers so poorly when customers use online ratings for big and little decisions every day. They have little fees for everything, they seem to be so put out when you have to do a simple transaction, they look down on you if you aren't a made of money, if you are trying to borrow $50,000 for a small business loan (for examples sake) they require you to already have $75,000 in the bank (yeah....bank logic there) and they are slow at what they do! As soon as I one of my loans paid off with them, I am out of there! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BANK ELSEWHERE....ANYWHERE ELSE!

I have banked with Zions Bank for over 10 years, my parents have been with Zions Bank for 20+ years, my siblings used to bank with them etc. When I first started banking with Zions Bank, they were very personable and helpful. Sadly, I have seen a huge decrease in their customer service. My wife and I have 2 checking accounts, a savings account, a business checking account and have done a few auto loans through them. We tried several times to get a business loan when we first tried to open our business a few years ago and they wouldn't give us the time of day. Now, fast forward a few years later and our business is bringing in over $400,000 in revenue each year. When we went to go speak to them again to try and secure another loan to expand to a second location they told us that we could borrow 5th of what we were seeking....again, no help at all. And, just today I went in to get some paperwork notarized (please note that I have had 3 documents notarized with Zions Bank in the last year, free of charge), the lady I have worked with in the past told me that there is now a $5 charge to get anything notarized now. I asked her when they started charging their customers $5 for this service, she answered, "It has always been our policy, however, we just started really enforcing it this year". She did say that if their customers have a Gold Account then that fee is waived. I have several accounts, including my business account, but apparently none of them are the "Gold" status. I told her I would just go to another bank to get it notarized....even though I have been a loyal customer for years. I called up one of their competitors, Rock Canyon Bank and asked the lady that answered if they charge to get something notarized, she said "Absolutely not, come on over!". Even though I don't bank with Rock Canyon they still offered that service free of charge, and they sat and chatted with me for a few minutes. Big plus in my book! Some people may see my actions as a bit extreme, but it is the "cherry on top" of the whole lack of customer care/satisfaction. I am seriously considering moving my accounts to another bank that cares about each customer. A few of my siblings have already moved their accounts to other banks and my parents are considering it as well. You lost your touch Zions Bank!
