The greatest people. They have the BEST service. They care about YOU. This is the only place that I will go to now. I have been to a lot of mechanic shop but this one is the GREATESTS . We’ve had our 2011 Chevy Malibu in twice now and they’ve fixed the ac and the front lower control arms and front bumper plastics. They’ve been super nice and responsive. I’ve been very impressed with their customer care and have felt their prices are fair and turnaround time has been very reasonable. We’ve just moved here and it’s nice to find a mechanic you feel like you can trust. Thanks to the whole team. We will be back.

I was recently on a weekend vacation from Phoenix. When loading up my two young kids to drive back home on Sunday morning, the AC started blowing hot. Within a few minutes the temp gauge on the dash was as high as it could go, and my car shut off in the Wal-Mart parking lot.
I got a hotel and called Wright Automotive first thing Monday. They recommended an affordable tow company (High Desert) and he picked up the van and took it to Wright.
By Monday afternoon, they diagnosed the problem. They knew I was stranded on vacation and some repair shops would really stick it to you, but they explained the tests they ran that ruled out expensive failures (head gasket, radiator, etc) and isolated it to a fairly affordable fan motor.
They had it fixed by lunchtime Tuesday. I am so grateful for honest shops, especially when someone doesn't have other options when they are stranded 400 miles from home. They took what could have been a really bad and expensive situation and helped make it fast and reasonable.

I own a 2012 Ford 250 diesel and the Turbo intake tube split. I am from Arizona going to Oregon pulling a 32' fifth wheel. Autozone recommended Wright Automotive. We drove over to Wright's what a great bunch of people. Dan helped us at the counter and found the part we needed. He told us that it would be at least 2 hours labor plus when the part was there, but that he would try and work us in. We were quite a was a way from the RV park we were staying at so Chris the own drove us to our 5th wheel. They all made us feel welcome to their shop.

These people are amazing. Though being shorthanded this day, they took the time to diagnose the problem and fix it up. Upper radiator hose clamp replaced at the thermostat housing. Thank-you Joe. You guys are the best.

Our experience with Wright Automotive was unforgettable. Upon having our rental van break down nearby, they took us in ASAP. Throughout our time waiting for our van, they went above and beyond to make sure we had food and transportation to finish our trip. We had a customer that ended up having an issue with their car down in St. George. Wrights Automotive came highly recommended. We had the car towed in to them, it was diagnosed the same day, parts ordered and the repair done the following day which allowed our customer to get back on the road. They were great to work with and had excellent communication. Thank you Wrights!
