My enthusiasm for my Wilding Wallbed knows no bounds, and I wholeheartedly endorse Wallbeds by Wilding to all. Our quest for the perfect wallbed led us to numerous local dealers, but we were consistently let down by subpar quality or aesthetics. Our search ended when we discovered Wilding online.After receiving an initial quote, we decided to visit the Chino Hills showroom to verify the quality. It was evident that no other wallbed could rival Wilding's blend of style and functionality. Consequently, we decided to place an order for a Wilding Wallbed.One of the most impressive aspects of the process was the ability to customize nearly every detail of our wallbed. We had the freedom to choose the layout—opting between horizontal or vertical orientations—to best fit our space. Additionally, we explored various stain, color, and lighting options to enhance the functionality and ambiance of the bed. The depth options and cabinet designs were also customizable, allowing us to tailor the bed to our exact specifications and interior design aesthetic.Our collaboration with Penny, who is based in St. George, UT, was instrumental in getting our bed shipped and installed in San Diego. Penny and her team were exceptional in helping us navigate these customization options. They meticulously adjusted the cabinet dimensions according to our preferences (Brandon was especially quick in modifying the drawings), provided advice on custom pulls (which we had delivered directly to their warehouse), and coordinated seamlessly with our construction team.The entire experience, from sales and design to delivery and installation, was nothing short of phenomenal. The team was not only professional and courteous but also a pleasure to work with. Their product is truly unparalleled, and I am grateful for their role in transforming my room. My wife and I are aspiring artists and when we recently moved from Arizona to our home state of New Mexico, our new home necessitated we combine our painting room and guest room which sent me on a search for a quality Murphy bed. Once I found Wilding Wallbeds and did some research it was clear to me this was the bed I wanted to install in our new home. We already had a nice king size foam mattress so I went with the king size wallbed along with a couple of cabinets. Although parts of the install process was very challenging due to the size, the videos along with the written instruction made the whole process very doable. Now that it is installed, we are more than thrilled with it. It’s a beautiful addition and I’m sure our future guests will appreciate how sturdy it is.

We bought our wallbed 13 years ago and have had no issues until now. The hinge on the R leg broke. I called the Utah number and they gave me the toll free service number to call. I called and the Service Tech, Frankie in Chino Hills called me back. He was out to fix it within 3 days! He was very professional and skilled. He even gave the bed a "tune-up" and changed the hinges in both legs! Really great service! Now we can enjoy the bed for many years to come. Thanks Wilding Wallbeds! My husband and I purchased our wall bed from Wilding Beds in Chino Hills. Best decision ever to go with WILDING. Chris in the Chino Hills store was knowledgeable, friendly, and was there with us every step of the way. We love the finished product and would recommend going with them. The workmanship is top and their customer service is amazing. A very happy customer indeed.

This is by far the best custom furniture experience I've had. I searched for cheaper beds but all of them failed to excite me with reviews pointing out shoddy material, terrible opening and closing experiences for the Murphy beds and really terrible customer service and instructions to put together. Wilding was awesome on all fronts. The solid sturdy construction is top of the line. I got the Murphy Britney floating desk model. When my Handiman was putting it together there was one screw missing and glen from shipping went back to the office on Friday night to overnight me the part for Saturday morning so my installer could complete the installation. This customer service was awesome. The owner was in regular contact with me and the communication around shipping was super This was not an inexpensive purchase by any means but it was worth every penny. I feel like it increased the value of my condo and gave me back valuable space in s limited space living situation. It looks awesome and the bed is very comfortable Ps the video instructions were superb and the guy putting it together was easy on the eyes lol

Dave and Molly have been exemplars of customer service. Their attention to detail and communication has been outstanding every step of the way in the process of selecting, configuring, ordering, and receiving our new Murphy Bed.There's always a bit of doubt when working with an online order with a company you're not already familiar with. Dave was my sale rep and he earned my trust and business by walking me through everything step by step and being proactive about reaching out with updates and offers to answer any questions. Molly took care of our financial transactions with savvy and efficiency. Both were of the upmost courtesy and patience, especially for a first-time wall bed buyer.We just had our custom Wilding Wallbed delivered and installed this week. It arrived earlier than expected and the delivery & installation team got it into our place with great ease and craft.I don't usually go so long with my reviews, but this crew deserves it. The team at Wilding Wallbeds exceeded my expectations, they delivered well, and they offer competitive pricing (based on a lot of pre-purchase research I've done. Our new Murphy bed looks great in our place.

Very well made good quality bed especially next to the ocean where moisture is a constant battle. I couldn't be happier. It was super easy to assemble with the step-by-step video instructions. I'm amazed at how much space The Edge saves in the condo. It leaves plenty of room to get by when the Shoji room divider is closed. No other bed like it. Well worth the money. The bed looks and works awesome!

This place is "over the top" customer focused. I would recommend them to anyone considering a Murphy unit. Here's why: 1. quality construction - no issues 2. Completely customer focused 3. Flexible & accommodating 4. Employees have a joy in working there. I met employees from different areas of the business and they were happy to be a part of a team and happy to interact with the customer. 5. I give them the highest rating 6. Finally, the pièce de résistance is that her people swept up after themselves, leaving the room absolutely spotless!

In our area of Montana, our closest wall bed store is forty-five miles away. So, my wife and I researched about wall beds on the Internet and discovered Wilding Wallbeds. We called and immediately had a knowledgeable sales person on the phone. He explained all options and shipping. We checked other wall bed choices and came back to Wilding. Within a few days we ordered one. I followed the informative YouTube videos and easily completed the assembly. My wife loves it and it turned a small room into a versatile and useful space with an heirloom keepsake. Thank you Wilding Wallbeds for an outstanding product.

Over the holidays, we had an influx of guests and exceeded the bed-capacity of the house. We decided to add additional bed-capacity in the office with a "Murphy bed". Investigations found Wilding Wallbeds and we ordered a Wallbed, Shelves, and included a desk to have a consistent look. The construction of the items, the professionalism of the staff, and the support assembling the furniture (which I accomplished) was outstanding. If you are looking for a "murphy bed", look no further than Wilding Wallbeds. I highly recommend them.

We purchased a Wilding Wallbed. It is in place and operational and we are VERY pleased! I have included a couple of photos so you can see how well it fits into our room.Although a long wait was required from order to delivery, it was well worth it.The shipping people were very cooperative in arranging everything to accommodate our timeline. The delivery people were fast and efficient and positioned it in our garage just where it needed to be.Having waited so long you can imagine how disappointing it was to find a damaged panel. Instead of getting going immediately with assembly we faced another delay. However, the quick response to get us a new panel was far faster, above and beyond, what we had expected!The assembly went smoothly. The only minor problems I encountered were the result of my failure to closely read and follow the instructions. When I called for help I was given not only helpful direction but forgiveness for my confusion as well.We love it. It adds to the beauty and functionality of our home.If there is a down side, it may be that it is attracting interest from potential overnight guests.
