I always have Wide Open work on my SXS and Dirtbike. Brad knows the market and the trade. He works efficiently and is a perfectionist, which is very important when I'm out in the desert or mountains. Any questions I have ever had brad was able to assist me.

No one else I would trust with my machines, very timely and communication was top notch! Parts don’t come in as fast as they did pre the VID. But had great communication and did top tier work!!

Wideopen Motorsports does great work. I took my Ninja 250 there for check ups, chain adjustments, full-servicing, and any other questions I had about my bike. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because they're a little pricy compared to most other places in town.

I took my ATV to him and it sat for 3 weeks before I called to remind him that I wanted it worked on. He said its not going to get done until after Hunting Season. Well, hunting season was going to start 4 days after I dropped off my ATV.
He charged me $160 for 2 hours of shop time and didn't fix anything. He said I adjusted your Carb (which worked fine before). Adjusted the brakes...I took it in because I wanted a New Starter & Brakes.
I guess because my Bike wasn't new he wasn't going to make it a priority to fix it. I was hoping that the $160 he charged me would've had a new part or something on it that I could say I got my monies worth. So when nothing was fixed on it and my Brakes still don't work or my starter wasn't replaced I took it from his shop because I couldn't afford anymore $ on someone that doesn't fix things you want done.
I strongly recommend you take it to a Dealer over this guy, at least you'll know that you're guaranteed to get it fixed.

This guy knows his stuff and won't rip you off like every other shop in town
