Terrible customer service. Even with asking for a manager they were unable to cash a hundred dollar bill. I will definitely not be opening an account or loan with them.

Customer services is really bad and please make sure closed the branch exactly on time. They always close 5-2 minutes before time.I spoke with the manager very rude not helpful.Very bad experience and I definitely I will change my bank account.

ATM unavailable for withdrawals at 5 PM on Saturday. Never experienced that an an ATM before. That is ridiculous customer service.

Look, i get they have bussiness hours and people want to go home at a certain time and not stay helping customers for minutes after closing. I didn't do my research before hand and assumed these banks were open on a SATURDAY! Drove to my closest branch to be surprised with closed doors My bad, i did find out they have only 2 branches open on Saturday and that they are open till 12pm SHARP. Good news tho i was in the drive through at 11:44pm but the car in front of me apparently needed to open 6 different accounts and 3 different credit cards and apply for a car loan. When i get to the window at 11:58 im told they cant give me a peice of paper (direct deposit slip so my job can send me money) through the Drive-through and that i would have to come inside to obtain peice of paper. I asked when they closed and if i would be able to swing around and grab it real quick before they closed (already knowing when they closed cause i did my research and wanted to test the clerk and see how she would handle the situation) she said in one minute we lock the doors so hurry and come in. Ok cool I'll litterly go to the door right now......bang 12:01 and the door was locked. Alright cool. I'll know next week when im free again that i need to come before 11:59am so im not locked out so i can grab a peice of paper. They get 2 stars and not 1 cause the clerk tried to give me some hope seconds before closing the door. That hope grants them one star extra credit.

Best customer service I have ever received at a Wells Fargo Bank. We needed to make a wire transfer for a large purchase and had a difficult time at other branches. We called this branch and Brooke took our call. She was willing to help us and was extremely kind. The next morning we arrived at the branch and was quickly greeted by our banker (Brooke). She spent time explaining the process, making sure banking security measures were being taken to protect us from fraud, and showed us what a true banking professional should be like. My wife and I actually talked about leaving Wells Fargo after many years of banking with them. Brooke changed that decision. We are staying thanks to her. She gave us back the confidence we once had in Wells Fargo. I hope other branches don't make us regret this decision. If you bank at Wells Fargo, my wife and I highly recommend this branch and specifically Brooke as your banker. Great job Brooke!

I was an authorized user on my husband's credit card. He had a balance owed. He passed away last December. I thought this was my debt as well. The gentleman I talked to told me I wasn't liable for this debt. I was told today that t hey would come after me for the debt. Which is it? They are sending me the funds I used to pay off the debt and now tell me I need to pay it back? They are not friendly and are difficult to work with. If they want the money I can go without until I get paid my SS which is less than the check I was going to get. If they are hurting so much they can keep it. I'm so glad my personal account isn't with them and I'm closing this account ASAP.

I still have to say they have the slowest drive up and they've done nothing about it. 20 minutes to deposit a check that's just wrong.

Have had no issues with the River Road Branch but every time I use the Sunset Branch I deal with rude and unprofessional people.
