This store has been by far our favorite store to receive help from!! They spent 3 hrs on the phone with corporate trying to resolve issues & never once made us feel like they were inconvienced & were so kind & helpful! This will always be our go to store!! The customer service you will receive is by far the best you will ever experience!!

Quinn went above and beyond to get my whole family the I phone 15. We got a bunch of fun devices like a tablet, watch, and internet. He was so patient and kind with us and our two kids. This is the only Verizon store we go to now. And we go for Quinn. 10/10 recommend to a friend.

went in because my phone wasn't working. wouldn't help me because I wouldn't let them take a picture of my passport. was there for almost 2 hours and ended up on the phone with Verizon customer service. after they finally answered. it took 2 minutes to solve the problem. feel like it's hit and miss with Verizon the last few years.

Stopped into the store to basically request pricing on changing price plans. We explained that we weren't going to purchase a phone or plan on the spot as passing thru while on way back home to So Cal. Quinn was terrific, knowledgeable, patient and helpful! We highly recommend this store!! Thanks for your help Quinn!!
