When did cell phone stores become car lots? Sales person:"I'd suggest the warranty, especially for the first few months..." me "how much does it cost?" SP "$17 per month", Me "ok no thank you", SP "well I ll have to have you talk with my manager then". Me "No, I won't be talking to your manager, this isn't a car lot, I won't need to speak to anyone." Then she insisted that that's the way it had to be and I walked out. Apparently they would rather sell warranties than phones. I won't be back. Then they called me to see if I was still planning to upgrade my phone... "yes but not there". They didn't even have the phone in stock. Save the hassle, just order on line.

Went in to upgrade a couple of lines on our plan and was helped almost immediately. Connor took a lot of time to answer all my questions and made sure I had the products I was looking for.

Horrible customer service! They gave wrong information and then charged me! They admitted their mistake but wouldn't correct the charge! Scammed! I will be changing cell service carrier!!

When they found out I had issues with the phone they sold me and not interested in upgrading- ran me out as soon as they could. Honestly thinking about canceling with Verizon.

Cancelled service at the end of 2021. Verizon kept charging for services in 2022. The store couldn't figure out why. Verizon's accounting department told me to contest the charge and move on since they didn't know why I was being charged. Now they sent the account to collections for charges they can't explain and shouldn't have been done. I'm done with Verizon for life.

Very polite knowledgeable and helpful staff. Worked hard with us to get the best offer available. We have been Verizon customers for a few years now. Previously were with the other guys whom I will not mention and got horrible service for years. Verizon does not sell you a phone. They are there if and when you need them. My wife and I highly recommend the Verizon store on Sunset in St George Utah.

I was told we were signing up under a buy one get one offer for new phones. We made the switch to Verizon and got 6 new phones under the BOGO offer. Three of the phones were purchased and their cost was dispersed into our bill, but 12 months later we were still paying for new phones when we shouldn’t be. We went I to the store to find out why and they said they “made a mistake” and did not apply the buy one get one offer when we signed up, but because we didn’t catch it soon enough, they wouldn’t make it right. The sales rep, Anthony, even went as far as blaming it on us for not catching his mistake sooner.

Our company signed up for 6 buy one get one phones with Verizon. After the 12 months passed we noticed the credits were not applied to our account. I called Verizon and spent hours on the phone with customer service to end up back at the store where I was told the problem could be resolved. After 3 visits in the store trying to work everything out with Anthony, we were informed that not only could we not get the bogo credits because we were “too late and the phones have been paid off” it was also “our fault” because we were negligent in deciphering their intentionally complex bill. The store is poorly operated and lacks any accountability. BUYER BEWARE: worst experience and customer service I have ever received.
