I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I would give this place negative stars if I could. I stopped in the store to take advantage of one of their heavily advertised promotions going on. However the order for my phone was unsuccessful \\u0026 the employee did not even tell me. I left the store thinking I had a device ordered. Took a day off work to be home to sign for the arrival of said phone. Ordered accessories for this new phone. Just to realize on my own 3 days later that there was an error in processing my order. He should’ve caught that in store. Instead however, I spent 3 and an half additional hours on the phone with “Customer care” being transferred around SO many times. Just to be told over and over again they could not help me. So now I’m left with no phone, and all the accessories.This is not a company who takes pride in HELPING their customers, they just want to keep you locked in on contracts \\u0026 take your money.

This has nothing to do with the location, but the service of area. I have lived in st george ut 84790 since 1997. My service has never been as bad as it is now. I pay for 5g but Im luck to get a single bar on lite. That goes for Cedar City and Beaver UT. What is the problem? You claim to have the beat area coverage but my co-worker who is on ATT and he has better coverage when I work.
