So frustrated that the carriers refuse to deliver Amazon packages to our doorstep!! Their excuse is that the packages go to the mailbox if they fit in the mailbox…. Sorry NO these don’t fit in the mailbox!!! Really!!! So the carrier took them back to the post office, didn’t even leave a note! When I went to inquire the clerk said I can’t help you—your tracking number says delivered to the mailbox—-which was empty!!! Pl are do better guys!!!

Good place to return thing's sometimes the line is so bad ? and long but sometimes it can be really short. It has good service and friendly employees but I would probably suggest using UPS a little bit more

They wouldn’t even let me use any tape and told me I had to buy it even though I only needed a little bit. So lame. That’s really poor customer service.

Stopped by this grocery store while vacationing to the Grand Canyon. Clean, great selection, and reasonable prices. Easily beats out Safeway, Albertsons, and Fred Meyers in the Pacific Northwest on all accounts

Had everything I needed, friendly staff for the lost part. The deli department lady with the grey dress could be friendly but I got the sense that she hates her life so maybe she was projecting. They have hot food as well but I didn't try it but it looked good. The ambiance is clean and well kept.

The Deli Department has been slowly going downhill the past year. The items in the cooked side of the deli all use the same spices and sauces and basically all taste the same no matter what the dish is. In addition, the potatoes in the potato salad are undercooked, excessive use of bell peppers in everything, no gluten free items, etc. The side of the deli that sells meats and cheeses need to sell some all natural products without spices for people who want to eat healthy. The employees in the deli used to be so nice and knowledgeable. But the employees working there lately (especially in the meat/cheese side) lack the appropriate training needed to provide adequate customer service. In addition to lack of product knowledge, they are often rude and appear as if the customer is an annoyance. Harmon's used to be my favorite grocery store in St. George (although I would much prefer a Whole Foods or Sprouts), but I no longer enjoy shopping there due to poor product selection and poor customer service by some of the employees. There are still some employees who seem to appreciate the customers and interact in a professional and courteous manner.

Great deli and cheese selections. Better than Whole Foods in selection albeit as pricey. Friendly service.

Love that you carry Nancy Silverton's gelato. She is a legend. Thanks Harmons! Wow so happy. Yum!

Went in to this office on 11/19/2022 in the morning. My first clue was that the two women were discussing breaks. I approached the older female and said that I needed to pay to ship one item. She punched in some numbers and told me I could ship by one method, or another. I said ok, which one would get there first? She seemed put off that I asked and replied “I have to go back.” She told me the order in which they would arrive at the destination. I asked how much each service would be. She was clearly irritated and said again that she would have to go back and see. She then told me the cost of each service. I selected the service method (first class) and she made the postage sticker. I should have asked to look at the final product because when I received it in my own mail box yesterday after 13 days she clearly typed in a wrong address. She typed Woodleigh for Windmill and I needed it to go to an apartment number which she left off completely. I didn’t know about the wrong address before leaving the koisk and saying thank you (which was not recipricated). I will say that every other time I have received exemplary service here but if anyone reading this uses them to ship items, please check their work.

First visit yesterday to eat at salad bar. Absolutely delicious and veggies, meat departments look so fresh. Hard a little difficulty navigating the store, its pretty big, but each and every staff members was soo very helpful with specifics, aisle 10. half way top shelf. Here in CA they yell out aisle 10 or 11 lol The premade salads and sandwiches are again fresh and appetizing went back today for lunch.

I am a former employee of this location. I wouldn't recommend working here or visiting this store. They pay CERTAIN people much less to do the same jobs as others. As a POC, I faced racial discrimination from coworkers and customers alike. Not to mention the highly ableist and public comments a manger made about me when working on the Front End. When I asked for help/guidance, my direct management and the store management couldn't be bothered to find helpful solutions. Eventually, after 17 months, they fired me for having a poor attitude and contributing to a hostile work environment. Save your money!

I attended an afternoon event here in Las Vegas. There were 10 dozen of the most favorite donuts from Harmon's! One of the hosts brought them from SLC, UT in the morning. I had a maple bar with custard filling. Every bite was decadent. I savored the perfect combination of icings, cake, and custard. Def a huge step up Dunkin'!

Love this Harmon's location! Well stocked, clean, and the employees are always super helpful! Love their deli area. Try their gelato!! Made in house. They have the best homemade sourdough bread, olive bar, salad bar, and a huge variety of cheeses. Great for doing you everyday grocery shopping or a quick and easy lunch.

Visiting family in St. George. We picked up a few things for a family dinner. Harmons has a cool vibe walking in. Love the beautiful flowers area and the deli. Their clam chowder was really good. My in-laws love making their own salads. Prices seem reasonable. Reminds me a lot of Whole Foods in CA. Only wished they had an area of Made in Utah goods. Was here for a week and didn't find much to buy for family/friends at home, except at their Sat market. Would totally shop here if I lived here.

Stayed in St. George for a week and had made family dinner. We realized we forgot to bring items to make a dessert. Ran to the Harmon's and we were impressed with the selection at the bakery. It was so late in the evening that we had expected it to be pretty picked over. We ended up getting a Chocolate Carmel pie and it was delicious. Everyone loved it and it was gone that night. The store was very clean and all of the employees were so friendly. We were able to grab a few more unexpected items and quickly check out. If you want to shop a nice store that is clean with a very good Bakery this is the store worth going to. The only thing we wish we would have known is that they serve Gelato. The area to get it is off the normal path of shopping so we did not see it until we were heading out.
