I love Towne storage units! I’ve rented here twice! Steve helped us this 2nd time around and he was amazing! He was very informative and showed us how everything worked. Super friendly and cool man! We always go to Towne storage when it comes to a storage unit. Great prices for great size in storage. Super safe and secure. Having the gates and our locks makes it feel super safe to leave our stuff. Super glad we found this place and had Steve help us this time around!

Called to ask some questions on a Saturday, man who answered was very rude. Was recommended from someone else to call them, me not realizing it was the same place I had already called. When I called, man was again very rude about the questions that I had because I had already called. Tried to laugh and explain myself and then got an “ok I already told you no, bye.” will not be renting anything from this location. Terrible over the phone customer service.

Great customer service and Towne storage, when I was in a bind during the stressful portion of my mover they were there to help and made things much easier from storrage to uhaul rental they are the place to go too. They truly know what customer service is.

Kinsey and Steve are Awesome!!! Great customer service and Towne storage doesn’t entice you with cheap move in rates and then Jack the price up after a month or too like other storage unit companies.Great place to do business with.

I’ve been keeping my things stored here since 2019. I’ve always had great customer service from Steve and the team up front. The place is always clean, lights work, elevators work, doors work. Plenary of carts for loading. I would recommend this location!! ??

Kinsey is simply the best, great customer service. The place is always clean, the trucks are also clean. I recommend this place because they work hard to accommodate people, and it’s always nice to be treated well
