I went there to get somenew clothes, went to try them on and the old lady there was actually the rudest person, her name was Patricia I think. she ignored me when i asked for help, and when i got up to the register she had the audacity to tell the cashier that she was the one that helped me even though she quite frankly did the opposite. i have never left a bad review ever, but Patricia is the most entitled and rudest person i have ever met.

Located in the Red Cliffs Mall, this store has a wide selection of clothing and accessories. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great discounts for yourself or as a gift for someone on your Christmas shopping list.

Zero stars!!! Worst customer service Ever!!! Manager claimed they had certain policies but was unable to show a written copy of the policy. Will never shop here again!

Great experience until we checked out.It would take a strong, positive customer service personality to shape this store up. I hope they find one, Pacsun seemed to have figured that out!

So many good clothes. Tiana helped me find some cool clothing. Finding your size for the clothing was effortless. And the changing rooms were very convenient. Was kinda pricey though. Would recommend.

I went there today 11/18/21 and the staff were very rude. I asked about sizes for something for my wife I had a 1x and asked if it was a medium size. Instead of helping me she rudely said it was a plus size and pointed to the other wall and said regular sizes are on that side of the store. I just walked out!
