Would give a 0 if possible. Never received the item ordered. Guy named Kyle said he would refund my money but never did. This company is a sham. Would not recommend to anyone buying online. Good chance you will never receive your item. Could never get a call back or email afterwards. They should be locked up and shut down. Do business elsewhere!!

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase!! This was my first time shopping at the smooth shop and I will never return. I found a very cute swimsuit and tank top, I thought they had great pricing... I was wrong. Come to find out they buy their products off of SHEIN, cut the tags off, and reprice them for more expensive. This is unacceptable and very shady. I do not suggest buying any of their products and if you do make that mistake, buy NAME BRAND products and make sure the tags are on the product. I'm very disappointed in my purchase. I will never return!!!

This place is very racist, I’m over places like this being blunt about the color of your skin. For your information young lady that worked tonight I am a very successful Latina, I would have loved to drop money there but you were to busy welcoming every white women and going out of your way to help other white women but the brown woman you were watching as I was stealing something. Shame on you and this business

I was trying to refund something and after I had gotten all the stuff I wanted she told me that I was 18 dollars over. I didn't have extra money so I told her that I will just take off the necklace. She had to call a bunch of people because she couldn't figure it out. I ended up not getting to return it. I'm not coming back there after I go and get my money back another day.

The employees at The Smooth Shop are always very helpful and happy. Every time we have gone in they have been kind and smiley, helping whenever we need assistance. They always make my young girls feel so cute.

This is my go to shop here in St. George! I come here multiple times a month with my 2 daughters and we always find something awesome to add to our wardrobe. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere makes it feel like we have our own little surf shop right here in the desert!

I went in just to browse while my husband was getting a haircut and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and personable the young staff was. Kaiden checked in with me several times to see if I needed anything. All the clothes I got there were high quality and so cute. I loved them all ♥️ I can’t wait to go back!

I went in and Kyle was super helpful from the get go. He was super chill and had some good suggestions and hooked me up with some sweet shirts. I definitely will come back because Smooth Shop has basically all the styles and brands that I like!

We LOVED this place. They had super cute clothes, along with the absolute BEST employees. Consider yourself lucky if you get to meet Nauvoo she was the most outgoing employee and made the experience for sure. We hope to be back soon!

This is one of the coolest surf style shops in southern Utah. They sell every brand you can think of for both men and women. Rvca, quicksilver, billabong etc... They even have Get Back St. Christopher necklaces! The staff and owner make you feel like family and are super friendly and easy to talk to. If you are missing the beach vibe and want quality service and clothing you have to check this place out. Definitely a must stop if you’re passing through the St. George area.

The Smooth Shop is absolutely AMAZING they have the cutest clothes and accessories. I recently bought some really cute vans for 40% off which was a great deal. And it smells amazing in the store! The customer service was super great and they were really nice and helpful, they even let me hold something behind the counter because I wasn't ready to check out. They sell things for a great price and everything there is super trendy. Plus the designs and style of all the clothes are really cute!! And they always have a sale rack outside! I love the Smooth Shop :)
