The Larkin Group is amazing, so helpful and upbeat in their care for customers concern. We especially enjoyed working closely with Marlene Mussehl, she thought of many minor preferences a buyer might have that would be helpful in making a sale. And she was usually very aware of how to accomplish any problems that might arise in preparing our property for sale.

Marlene Mussehl with The Larkin Group is a breath of fresh air!! Not just a pleasure to work with, but literally kept me breathing!!! Selling my home was such a stress I was not ready for. I felt like every time I turned around I had to do more and more for it to sale. I guess that’s a part of things. However Marlene was on top of everything. I needed a repair, she had it covered. Cleaning, she knew who to go to. Plumbing, fingers snapped, done. Everything that was a concern she was there to make it easy on me. She was on top of her game getting it shown and sold super fast. She kept me level heading and kept me positive. I could not ask for a better agent! The whole group made this stressful and scary experience easy to manage. I always knew what was going on each step of the way. Thank you all for helping me move onto my next adventure and making me feel important!

Home buying can be a lot to navigate, and The Larkin Group was a huge help. Brian Blessing was an excellent agent. He made sure we had all the info needed, stayed up to date on the market, and was always ready to drop what he was doing to help us see homes, hit deadlines, and close fast. Taylor Lemmon was also super helpful with keeping all our paperwork straight and accessible. Everyone else, while not directly involved in our specific purchase, was friendly and eager to help.

Buying a home is a big deal, right? We wanted find a right real estate agent who can support us. Who wouldn't? We got lucky.
We got connected with Jesse Poll.
He is special. How so?
He is not only knowledgeable about the housing market. He is not only responsive. He is not only curious and patient about our needs and desires. He is truly commit to find a house that fits our needs and wants!
We did not quite believe it, but we experienced it for real.
We did not know exactly what we were looking for, even though we did have inklings. What we want does not fit to the majority houses on the market, big houses and small yard. We want not so big house, but enough yard to have gardens growing vegetables, to have outdoor space to enjoy.
Jesse diligently and patiently explored with us. There is a situation where I perceive a potential natural conflict of interests between buyers and a real estate agent. In that case, I named this likely conflict of interests, and Jesse reiterated his commitment to our needs. And he did. Wow!
It is Jesse's commitment to serve his clients and his creativity that helped us find a house beyond our wildest expectation. This house is not about our dream coming true, and this is about finding and living into our dream.

Amber Wilkins helped us through the difficult process of buying our home which was contingent on the sale of our home in California. Sadly, my Realtor in California was a poor communicator with a difficult personality making Amber's job all the more difficult. Despite being intimidated Amber worked tirelessly to make sure all deadlines and contingencies were met and ensure that no parts of the contract was ever breeched. Amber may lack experience, but she has the type of personality required to become an outstanding Real Estate Agent. Experience can be attained over time, but with personality you either have it or you don't. We were very lucky to have Amber and the Larkin Group looking after our best interest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Southern Utah.

From start to closing our experience with the Larkin Group’s realtor Lou Gbur was fantastic. Lou was very responsive, listened to our questions & concerns, and went above and beyond in helping us find & purchase a property. We reside outside the state of UT and Lou helped make a process that could have been more difficult very seamless and easy. Would recommend the Larkin Group, especially Lou Gbur!

I can’t speak to the whole Larkin group, but Lou has been excellent. His construction and building background was very helpful as we looked at different homes and he identified the quality of the original construction, identified needed repairs and potential symptoms of where an inspector should do a thorough review.
