Well, I'm still sitting here, going on 2 HOURSZ, on my 3rd visit today! INCREDIBLY RUDE! I was told earlier to come back at 3:30 because I had to talk to the manager. I did that. It is now almost 5:30 and I'm about screaming! The manager Evan, told me as we walked in, he would be with us in a few minutes. He has spent the last hour ignoring me at the desk while he helped a new employee who was translating for another couple. But just sits and listens, ignores me and my requests. I would leave, but I have to get this done today. Absolutely do not recommend this store!

If I could give more stars I would. This customer service experience was unlike any other. I went in to see about upgrading my phone, and Evan gave me the deal of a lifetime! I ended up leaving having spent under my budget, with more than the phone upgrade! I got devices for my husband and me, watches, Airpod Pros, and even an IPad! My monthly bill is going to be *less* than it was, with all of those devices! Evan was so easy to talk to and truly made me feel valued as a customer of T-Mobile. I was thoroughly listened to and taken care of. These folks at T-Mobile (especially Evan) are actively trying to save you money rather than make money off of you. I didn't feel rushed, I was comfortable and left feeling like a million bucks. If you're going into this store for *anything* ask for Evan. He will provide a wonderful experience for you, especially if you're someone with social anxiety like me.

Evan was amazing we had an amazing experience he could sell water to a drowning man we got so much stuff for such a good price and a good monthly price as well would recommend to anyone

Wasted two trips to this store to purchase a new cell phone and didn't get decent service either time. The employees weren't helpful and we left empty handed.

Showed up 2 days in a row to the shop being closed on made up hours. Thanks for wasting my time. Your website said open, your phones said open, yet I show up to a closed store.

I’ve showed up twice now to buy 2 new phones and they’ve been “Closed” during business hours. No sign stating it. Just making up your hours is super disrespectful to peoples time. Now heading somewhere else to spend my money. Thanks guys ✌?

I went in today to a TMobile on Bluff St in St. George Utah on11/28/2023 and a young man named Jus helped me he was great. But all of them were also. Very smart and officiant young men. Was way busy but they help them all. Then he set my new Wi-Fi up and programed it while helping another person. I was totally impressed a shout out to your company and experience of your staff and courteous to all of us .Thank you for that Jus.They all need a bonus .Your tech support is awesome also Thank you very much.Connie Johansen

My phone had just gone completely black while I was out on a hike in Snow Canyon State Park. Not being from the area I was scared to death it wouldn't be able to be fixed.. I was able to find this T-Mobile store in St George and Josh took control and said "I think i know how to fix this." Within 5 minutes my soul and my phone were both restored.. just standing in line watching these two young guys handle each customer ahead of me, I was impressed by their patience, kindness, and willingness to help. Thank you!!

As a 2 plus years customer, the service and price are excellent. The staff ar the store off Sunset is like Lead Zeppelin, Dazed and Confused! I understand a recent mass resignation/firing occurred. For TMobile, I pity the fool who has to go to that store!

Ever since the store was closed for a while, the experience has been terrible. I feel like I was rushed out, with no answers, and the employees were either new or incompetent.I miss Daniel, and the crew who knew what they were doing.

TERRIBLE STORE. I went here for help and was basically walked to there. Door 2 employees were VAPING in the store as if we weren’t there. AND whoever the upper management dude is the wife shirt. Total unprofessional was telling them to add stuff to account so they would hit goals. WITHOUT CUSTOMER PERMISSION. DONT GO TO THIS STORE. ME AND MY WIFE SWITCHED TO VERIZON.
