Would definitely not recommend my experience to ANYONE. I was told one thing and the results ended up being the total opposite. I attempted to call Tiffany Downing the stylist and come up to a agreement on having her fix the big chunks of hair with no color on it and she ended up never calling me back plus txting unprofessionally. I attempted to then reach the owner Katie and she said “idk what your expecting from me so on & so forth” I definitely will never once even look over at this place again. STAY AWAY. Run for your life. These people aren’t willing to fix there mistakes and much less treat clients with kindness and understanding of the situation. OWNER INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING & TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM INSTEAD SAID "YOUR NO LONGER WELCOME INTO THIS SALON" APPARENTLY SHE PREFERRED THE EASY WAY OUT.

Nicole is AMAZING! I got highlights and a hair cut and feeling very cute. I have had a hard time finding someone that’s good with blonde hair and she did so good! I will be coming to her regularly from now on.

Visiting from out of town, needed full highlight refresh. I saw Tiffany, she did a great job, I asked her about getting in for a pedicure while I was processing and they didn't have availability so she did the pedicure herself. Great experience and reasonable prices. Will definitely be back when I'm in town.

Kelly Gray is always my go to gal when it comes to my hair! She’s magical when making me a blonde and recently has slayed making me a brunette again! I’m never nervous turning my hair over to her. I 100% trust her with my locks and highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking to give their hair some love and color!

elle did such a good job on my hair, i went in with a few years worth of box dye wanting to go blonde and she was super realistic and transparent with me about what would be possible. she exceeded my expectations. i will definitely be coming back:)

I have been going to Studio 359 for some time. For hair services, I see Tiffany Downing. She is easy to work with and I can get in when I need to. I like that she listens to what I want and helps with decisions when I ask her. She is also personable and friendly. I recommend her!

I so badly wanted to feel beautiful, but I've never felt uglier in my life. The girl left color all over my face. I have stained skin everywhere. I went for a gray cover-up and some highlights. She did way too many highlights and my hair is so brassy. I can still see my grays. She didn't layer my hair like I asked her to. I am so devastated by this. I spent $230 to feel and look horrible.
