Absolute incompetence.
I changed my own oil the morning of a service, and when I pick up my truck later that day is was 2 quarts low. My services had nothing to do with the engine oil.
Then my air filter box was just left completely off, leaving the air filter completely open. I’m glad I checked prior to getting a car wash!
The service advisor I worked with made it very clear they did not appreciate my directness when asking for specific fixes, and this definitely feels like a targeted move on their part.
I expect more from Toyota, this Stephen Wade dealership left a bad impression on me.

I was early for an oil change appointment and didn't get my car back for 90 minutes. I thought that was alittle long but the price was good-$65 for synthetic. They didn't recommend alot of things to have serviced as well after as in the past. They have a nice waiting area with hit beverages, vending machines, a play room for parents to supervise kids in. The bathrooms are nice and clean and they have the parts store right across from the waiting area that also has greeting cards and little knick-knacks available at reasonable prices.

Stopped for an oil change on my way during a road trip. Sold my information to all the other local Toyota dealers. I’ve been getting calls and emails for months about people attempting to buy my vehicle or sell me one. Completely unbelievable. Do not go here, totally illegal practice.

I had 2 warning lights on my brand new Land Cruiser with one telling me to visit my dealer. However, I bought the vehicle in Las Vegas but Stephen Wade is my closest dealer.
I made an appointment for a few days later and was told they would need to keep the vehicle overnight or longer. They provided me with a loaner car.
As it turned out, they had to work with Toyota corporate technicians to try to diagnose the issue. They kept the vehicle several days and tried numerous times to replicate the fault.
In the end, they were not able to re-create the problem but the Land Cruiser runs flawlessly and at least we have a record of the issue. They did not charge me for their labor or the loaner car.
Grady, the service manager, and Micah the service writer, were awesome to work with and certainly earned my trust.
