Service team are a bunch of liars who will lie to you about what needs to be done to the vehicle, they attempt to sell you items you don’t even need. We took our vehicle in for an oil change, the car was running fine, we then bring the car home and notice the car is shaking at higher speeds. We figured the tires might need to be balanced, and so we took the car back and they did not want to balance the tires, They instead claimed our tires were bad, and what do you know? These people tried to sell us 4 new tires. We ended getting the tires looked at by another company and they said the tires were fine, they balanced the tires, and it ran smooth. So yeah, my eyes are open, I see the lies, and I don’t think I’ll ever be doing business with Stephen wade ever again.

Great service, no crazy pressure for added services. Showed factual data but absolutely no pressure. They also price matched my tires. Cody was great. Service was done correctly and promptly. Very happy.

Howdy,
My sales team consisted of three very professional young men: Taylor, Mitch and Danny. Each person played a particular role in my purchase of a new 2024 Rogue. They were willing to negotiate on certain things and stood their professional ground when necessary. I admire that when dealing with business people. Give and take in this instance resulted in my purchase of this wonderful Nissan product. Thanks to each of you for your courtesy and professionalism.

My service advisor was pretty well knowledged with my vehicles history and helped me find out just what i needed done for maintenance! Just made my stressful day so much easier when he basically did all the thinking for me and i just sat there in their comfy waiting area.

Excellent evaluation and service to our vehicle. We will be returning to complete other needed services. The shuttle service was greatly appreciated so that we were able to have lunch while our car was repaired.

First timer to visit nice people at Steven Wade Nissan Service. Usually I refer to a dealership as the stealership but I was pleasantly surprised by a painless experience. They never tried to upsell me on items that I didn’t ask them to fix and they repaired what I asked them to promptly and to my expectations. I would trust my car to them again.
