They were cordial and transparent at the service center and the sales area. They gave me some solid recommendations after I explained my circumstances. 4-stars because the initial quote on my trade-in value seemed pretty low compared to several online quotes. Regardless, they were transparent about that too.

Was helped today by Jacob! Such a great experience and professionalism. Jacob was knowledgeable and a joy to work with. They have a great group of guys in the service department! I have been very happy with the team at Honda-Mazda and their manager Slater, he knows his stuff and always takes great care of me.

Took a while to get my warranty work coordinated with service team as my issue was something unfamiliar with the tech team. But once figured out they got it in and fixed it pretty efficiently.

Very satisfied with Steve Johnson. He took quality time addressing the issues related to my newly purchased used 2016 Mazda 6. Enjoyed the video as the oil change was done and knowing the mechanic observed other issues. Two filters were replaced and other items necessary to be done future.. Thank you, Mazda Team.
