Hey y'all! Share this with your family/friends. If you're looking for a car to buy Stephen Wade Honda is not the place to go. I've been getting dragged for a car I was interested in buying for today would be 3 days. They tried the whole "bait and switch" crap. They also lied to me about my car being posted for sale on their website before I even closed the deal with them. They also failed to mention to me that the car I was interested in was in an accident. "It did not mention nothing about the accident on the sales sticker in the lot or did the salesman even offer to show me the car fax. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I highly recommend y'all spend your money elsewhere. I'd like to point out. Why would you say "it automatically does that in the system" "We are even selling yours" when the vin numbers match my car couldn't even keep to one lie so you lie twice?

Do not expect even a reasonable trade in value for your car. Expect they will include unexpected fees for insurance you didn't ask for or want, but this will not be explained either. Expect a fight, expect old school all day to do the deal. They will not budge on anything, eventually they gave a somewhat tolerable deal on our trade in, but not after grilling by two sales managers. Of there is anything at all wrong with the car you want to buy expect them to do nothing. Including no spare tire. They will also claim they re doing all the giving, really on what? Super low ball offer, just go elsewhere! Salesman knew next to nothing about the car we purchased, he was really nice, but....a fight to get them to remove 600 tacked on to the sale for nonsense insurance, then another 500 for nonsense insurance. Added on that had to be removed from the contract. Examine the deal carefully if you don't want to get soaked for unnecessary insurance. Super funky shady dealer!!! To be more clear, crooks. The bank offered to dispute a 500 dollar add on the dealership demanded in order to purchase the car. It's unlawful and the bank now disputes this and covers us. Charge removed.

My sales rep was Clint, he is the best in the business and was great to work with. Other than Clint, I bought a used car from the lot went and got it checked and it was low on coolant, so I asked one of the technicians to top it off before I drove off the lot. He looked at it and said no that's where it's supposed to be, as it was under the minimum line... so I left it. A week later driving to California I got stuck in the middle of no where because my engine was over heating, new technician said I hardly had any coolant. Now a few weeks later, other issues are popping up. I'm not upset about the money I've been having to spend for repairs I'm more upset about my time getting wasted when I thought what I purchased was a reliable car. Their service center is supposed to check the car and go over an entire list before selling, not sure who this technician is but I guess he got lazy on my car. So I'd for sure get whatever car your looking at checked else where

Best dealership experience I've ever had. We had an issue with our wheel liner driving from LA to Zion, and they helped us out quickly, last minute, and got us back on the road safely. Everyone was really friendly and helpful.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! They're so worth it! I worked with Michael Wade and Teo Aparicio to purchase a 2021 CR-V (which are hard to come by right now) but after many hours looking... and then looking more... they found the perfect car for me! (I even love the black!) Ive bought several cars over the years, and I have never been treated better than I was here... all the way around! The finance part went incredibly smooth; thank you Francisco Martinez! And then... this car had not even been inspected, but everyone pulled together and made sure it happened... even tho it was late, they got it inspected, washed, and ready to drive home the same night! From start to finish... this was the most comfortable, positive car-buying experience I have ever had! I am not trying to sell cars here... this review is intended to give credit where credit is due. Each one of these guys did a job above and beyond anything I expected! So, THANK YOU TO 'EVERYONE' AT STEPHEN WADE HONDA, ST GEORGE! You are the ALL STARS of dealerships!

Was on a trip to Zion with the family and the check engine light turned on. I was able to get my vehicle serviced within an hour and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. The service representative, Steve, provided great service and was able to get back on road within the hour.

Came in here out of town to get a synthetic oil change on my CX5 out of town. Took care of me in less than a hour. Recommend them highly.

I got a new key fob and payed a lot of money for it. On my drive home I looked more closely at it and noticed that it was definitely used with small scratches and a small chip. I went back in and it had only been 5 mins and they guy already went home and the other employees told me they might not be able to get me a new one. I basically had to argue because I didn't pay 300 for a used key fob I payed for a new one. It took them 3 days to finally get me a new one. Another thing is It didn't take to long maybe 45 mins and I was fine waiting in the waiting room. They offered me a ride home and pick up if I wanted and I said no because I am a girl and didn't feel comfortable and after saying no the employee asked me 3 other time. It honestly was kind of shady.

Our center console was stuck shut while we were driving from California to Colorado with the family, leaving important belongings trapped inside. We called Stephen Wade Honda in short notice in desperation - hoping to get it fixed quickly so we could continue on our way. Doug R saved the day! It turned out to be a more complicated fix than we expected - never could have done it on our own. We were seen right away and Doug was able to find a solution to getting our console back open. Thank you Stephen Wade Honda and HUGE appreciation to Doug R!!

If I could give them less than a star I would this dealership suuuucks I took my pilot in and asked for general maintenance and an oil change I specifically asked them to fill all fluids and filters and to let me know what else needs to be done and they didn't even do half of what I asked the oils change was the only thing that was preformed and it wasn't done well my car had oil all over the engine I went on a road trip shortly after and come to find out my timing belt was completely destroyed my coolant tank was empty and non of my other fluids were filled and all the same filters are still there I will never ever be returning to this dealership to buy or have my car worked on and I highly suggest you do the same I am infuriated

Well, the wife and I returned to Stephen Wade six years later. They're still remarkably shady for a business in a predominantly Mormon town. Took a vehicle for a test drive. Noticed the gears ground shifting to third gear. Salesperson had his manager drive the truck. HIS response? Well, I got it to do it one time when I didn't push the clutch all the way down. Mind you, I'm a former truck driver and firefighter. I've driven A LOT of manual transmissions. Told the salesperson to let us know what the service department said. He called back, advised the service department WAS AWARE of the issue and that they had already decided it was TOO EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR before selling. This was supposedly a "certified" pre-owned vehicle. I think we have had enough of Stephen Wade. There are several reputable dealers in town. Why go somewhere you know you have a near 100% chance someone is going to lie to you in the purchase process?

I live in Los Angeles and my Mom lives in St George. She was in need of a new vehicle. I went with her to Stephen Wade. I have excellent credit and planned on co-signing for her. She had 3k to put down and wanted payments around 250. We were open to leasing. The staff there are cheesy typical car salesmen and were very condescending. The salesman told us he had just the car for her, all excited. They brought out a 2012 CRV, completely dirty inside. I was like, no. So then they bring out a 2020 Nissan Rogue, and my mom fell in love. They made it seem like it was going to be no problem. Did all the paperwork, then he comes out saying it's going to be 7k down (for a lease on a Rogue) my mom was so disappointed. We left. A few days later I went to my dealer South Bay Mazda. I'm on my 4th Mazda, and they've always treated me with respect. We got my mom a 2020 Cx5 3k down 248 a month payments. In and out within a few hours. She's driving it now and so happy. Stephen Wade sucks.

Preston was our service advisor and took great care of us! We needed an oil change during our cross-country road trip and I'm so happy we found this place. Service was quick and we were easily able to make an appointment online. Super friendly and helpful- they went above and beyond in taking care of us. Highly highly recommend.
