I've bought 2 used vehicles from them, they are okay, they do all the typical car dealership stuff. All the sales people we've interacted with are nice. They do try to sell you on a bunch of extras (i.e. extended warranty, GAP insurance) which can add up quick.
One thing I really don't like is that all vehicles come with a preinstalled Ikon GPS tracker (which they charge you $699 for and there's no getting away from that charge), the GPS tracker has a app that you could theoretically use to locate your vehicle but the app never works, so you basically pay an extra $699 for nothing. Another thing I didn't like, is the listed sales price is if you use their specific financing company. This last time they tried to get me to use their specific financing company and my payment would have been $300 higher than what I projected (I think they jack up the interest rate). So do your homework before you go in and have an idea of what your payment should be. They added $1,100 to the listed price of the vehicle since I used my used my own financing company.
Overall I would consider going here again if they have exactly what I am looking for, but do your homework ahead of time so you don't fall into the typical dealership traps that these guys use.
Update: the lastest car we bought from them, we were only given 1 key fob. I've tried contacting them, inquiring about a 2nd fob. Haven't gotten a response. I guess once they have your money, they no longer give a $***. Not surprised though.

One word, disappointment! The wait time is simply outrageous despite the fact I had a service appointment! First appointment was 3 and half hours to change oil, rotate tires and to do multi-point inspection. Two weeks later came for the second appointment with concern that after tires rotation the vehicle is pulling to the right. The answer was we don’t know it must be the road. Second appointment was 4 and a half hours to change the rear brake pads and inspect TPWS sensors. It was recommended to replace all TPWS sensors for $734.56 (no tire pressure displayed), a brake fluid flush and transmission flash. The fluids were flashed a year ago at the same Stephen Wade Toyota service. Why? The technician must have made a mistake. Mistake? Are you trying to upsell your customers? So, I left with the vehicle pulling to the right and with recommendation to change all TPWS sensors.
The week after stopped by local Big O Tires in 45 minutes all issues were resolved at no cost! Vehicle is no longer pulling to the right and the tires pressure displays without even replacing sensors. Miracle!
I have a history with Stephen Wade dealership and service department. I purchased two vehicles and serviced them in the past. I am no longer going to be a returning customer and service my other vehicle because you can’t trust this business.
In fairness, Shawn the customer representative was very professional and attentive.

I had an amazing experience at Stephen Wade! As a young first time buyer I had many questions and Sebastian Tello made sure all my questions were answered! He made me feel comfortable and confident! He went above and beyond to find me a perfect fit car! So incredibly thankful for Sebastian! I definitely recommend Sebastian Tello at Stephen Wade Toyota.

I'm never going here again.
Lexus 2017 rx350, we changed the brakes ourselves, and our parking break needed to be reset. We took it in, and they used the code reader computer and reset it without having to do any work to the car.
$180 for that!?
It also took them 2 hours to do this. 7:30am we dropped it off at our appointment and it wasn't ready until 9:40 am.
I will never be going back.

I had an appointment with Steven Wade of Toyota. I was assigned Lucian Lucas. Lucian read the reason for bringing in my car and suggested we both go to the car to look at the settings. My problem was explained to me in English language and not "car talk". He fixed my issue and then manuevered my car out of the line so I could be on my way. Thank you Lucian!

Sent my daughter in for a fluids and trip check. She came back with a list of items that do not need to be fixed. In there words car was “critical” in need of. Total cost of repairs needed was $2,900.68
Time to GET Bill Gephardt…

Some fool wasted a bunch of money on a national Tiktok advertising campaign that forced HUNDREDS of low quality ads with obnoxiously loud music onto my fyp, and they all claim to be from various Stephen Wade locations. My hatred and resentment is so great that even though I live halfway across the country, I'm tempted to rent a billboard in Utah ridiculing them for such a stupid and infuriating move.

Blake and Sebastian our sales guys were amazing helpful and friendly!! The rest was typical old skool dealership waiting around. Waiting for cleaning. Waiting for gas. We were here for hours. Then had to come back Monday for extra Fob and key to be ready. My parents are over 80 and it’s ridiculous service for them, they’ve been buying Cadillacs from Stephan Wade for years but service is no longer excellent will be last one from this dealership.

Stephen Wade Auto Center provided a disappointing experience that left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. I purchased a used car from them, and during the process I specifically asked if they knew of any issues with the car. They assured me it was in good shape, which I relied on because they are a dealer who should know the condition of a car better than I do.
However, a few months later, I discovered a significant problem with the car's transmission that indicated it was on its last legs. When I approached Stephen Wade Auto Center about the issue, they washed their hands of any responsibility, claiming ignorance of any problems with the car. This indicates two frustrating possibilities: either they negligently sold me a car without inspecting it properly when they bought it or they knowingly misled me about its condition.
While their staff was polite and friendly, their lack of concern to resolve the situation was disappointing. It was evident they were aware of the weight their dealership's name carries and took advantage of it to sell me a subpar vehicle. If they are willing to do that to me, it seems likely that they could do the same to you.
In light of my experience, I would recommend steering clear of Stephen Wade Auto Center altogether. At best, their incompetence is concerning, and at worst, their actions may have been deceitful and fraudulent.

This negative comment is being posted here for the benefit of those who may be considering doing business with Stephen Wade: Let the buyer be ware. Most responses by Wade to unhappy customers are all lip service and no substance. "Bla bla bla bla" doesn't resolve a legitimate complaint. Again, let the buyer beware.

I I could give negative stars I would, I bought my Subaru in June from Stephan Wade the sales woman Liz was incredible and then every other experience my husband and I have had at the dealership has been awful. First when we were going in to finance our new car the man in charge wouldn't speak to me at all, directing all questions to my husband instead, he even had my husband sign over my old car that was in my name(I'm not even sure that's legal.) then when I went in to get my car serviced(6 month) I had questions about my warranty and some damage I noticed and it took me asking 4 different employees before someone could tell me what I needed. Then my husband took the car in for maintenance because I was sick of dealing with this dealership and they basically told him off and wouldn't show us the warranty or do any of the work. Will NOT be buying a car from them ever again and I WILL be telling all my friends about the horrible customer service and blatant sexism I experienced.
