Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Have never had so many issues with my prescriptions. Most of the people who answer the phone are rude, will keep you on hold forever, don’t know how to look things up properly in the system, and don’t know what they’re talking about. One person will tell you one thing and another person will tell you an entirely different thing. It’s almost been a year that I’ve been going here and every month there has been some kind of issue with them without fail. I keep coming back because they’re the closest pharmacy to me but with how much time I’ve wasted on the phone with them as well as driving back and fourth, I might as well drive somewhere further. They really need to do a review on how their staff members conduct business because that pharmacy is just a mess.

Waited 10 minutes no one came to the window pressed button for service 5 minutes passed pressed button again then Katherine approached the window was very rude and unprofessional.

Shout out to Pharmacy Technician Catherine, who went out of her way to help me resolve a mix up with one of my scripts. She was friendly, conscientious and extremely customer-service oriented. I have used Smith’s Pharmacy at this and other locations for 20+ years, and recommend them, whether you have good insurance or need their help finding good discounts.

Always have my prescriptions ready. Right after I left my doctors office they had all 8 of prescriptions ready for pick up.

I have to agree with another reviewer on this Smith's location, it feels sketchy. I've been to other Smith's around the state, which have been a much better experience. This location is just dingy and depressing, and not what you would expect to find in St. George. I actually came for some fruits and cheese, and left with nothing in the end. The selection was mediocre and produce not very fresh. I ended up going to Harmons instead. Do not recommend, go elsewhere or to a different Smiths.

This Smith's was giant! My Smith's in North Las Vegas is super small compared to this one. Came here a few times over the very hot 4th of July Holiday weekend with my family. Scored some delicious bbq deals. The fruit was fresh, the pies were amazing, and everything was well stocked. Employees were super nice and so were the customers- very friendly- I'm not use to that in Vegas. Service was quick. All in all, we had a great experience shopping here and will be back on future trips.

Had to call their customer service line. She was rude and snappy, could hear how very annoyed she was. Did not help at all. She refused to help though I had verified my information given her permission to get in my account etc. So now I'm locked out of the account and no way of getting back in. This place needs to be better at customer service and trained to handle hard of hearing customers.

We were traveling through the area and getting a prescription here was challenging during holiday weekend. Their pharmacy was open on Memorial Day for few hours! Came in use when every other pharmacy in the area was closed. There were no issues and the process was smooth!

This is one of the sketchiest Smiths around, abet in St George, it's selection and quality is pretty poor.The meat and seafood isn't very fresh, there are smaller markets out in the desert with better selection and fresher seafood.Their prices are somewhat competitive and their cashiers are starting to up in numbers and proficiency, usually very friendly.Customer service is almost non-existant and the area has become rather ghetto.

Best Employees ever! Scott is very friendly and very attentive. He goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Cody in produce is always working hard to make the produce section look good and full with the best produce displays. He goes out of his way to help you and has stopped what he is doing to ensure your needs are met. very nice place to shop at!
