We have visited this store in the past and had poor customer service. It has been over a year so we tried it again. Bought some $64 shoes and the girl at the counter said you have 90 days if there is anything wrong with them. After 4 days of wearing them in the office and only on carpet, they were hurting the side of my foot. I cleaned off any dirt, put them back in the box and went to return them. A different girl was present at the checkout and had a look of disgust when we walked in with the bag. She took the shoes out and looked at the bottom then instantly said no return since there is wear shown on them. I didn't even argue since we had dealt with poor service from this store in the past. We walked out and will never shop here again. Buy your shoes online and skip the poor attitudes that are sweeping through the town and country. Goodbye Sketchers of St George, may you turn into an AI robotic coffee or frozen yogurt shop without the poor attitudes!

This store kicked a handicaped customer out of the store just as she was walking in. Poor and rude customer service they have no knowledge of there products. The foot solutions was amazing and I bought several pairs of shoes, inserts and socks. You lost a good customer Sketchers.

Been a fan of Sketchers for a long time. First time I ever had to do a return since I accidentally got a double wide (they really need to chill out on the double wides, waay too many). Anyway went back to find a regular shoe since they didn't have the one I bought in non-absurd size but had to get a different one.Had done the BOGO 50% off and was worried how that would work with exchange for different shoe. It worked super smooth and the new receipt actually had all the info unlike most other stores besides quickly using promo and making adjustments without a work around or whatnot.Shout-out to the female employee there on Sat morning as she clearly knew her stuff and help make the exchange smooth besides directing me to options that could work. Just so rare these days to go somewhere where the employees are helpful and know their stuff; I was expecting a fight. Thank you!

Nice variety of non-slip work shoes including wide sizes. Had no idea companies have deals with them and lady at register informed me about that. Getting an extra 30% off was a nice deal.

This is for the St George store.Sat, Feb 18 2023. Around 7pm.The two young girls in charge of customer service: you have been the worst sales people I have ever met in quite a long time. The one who "helped" me, did it in such a poor and an uniterested way that I almost ended up not buying the pair of shoes I liked.I felt so unwelcome that I now have second thoughts about whether I'd keep using this good brand. You guys have great quality and style, but need to be careful with how you choose the people who represent your brand.

Heather offered excellent customer service, very pleasant and helpful to all customers, even by herself.You do need more chairs to sit, to try on shoes, at least six, senior citizens have difficulty trying on shoes!!

When I went to thevstire to pick up a pair of shoes I ordered the girl that was working did not seem to want to help me or the other customers. She gave me incorrect information about sizes available. ,the other customers were unhappy with her also. Another associate did show up. He was very helpful and with his help. I was able to get my problem resolved. The store had great selections and pricing.
