I took my front door to the store to find a match for the gel stain. Jason took the door out of my truck, and carried it into the store. He then opened several cans of gel stain and matched the color. Then he took the door back to my truck. What a great experience and pleasure to do business at this store.

The customer service in this store is very bad... specifically the man in charge of the store... they should be more gentle and kind to people to give them the best service... I won't go to this store anymore...

Every Sherwin Williams location I've been to in Washington county AND Wasatch county up north during my 12 years of commercial and residential painting, has been a great experience. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and well they're just down right pleasant, i can't think of a single bad experiences in all my years...which is more than i can say about some "OTHER" paint suppliers. Sherwin Williams will take care of you and they stand by their products ? recommend ?

These guys are the worst! They had me over a barrel and charged full price for a crumpled can of paint with glue all over the bottom of the can! I asked for a discount when they brought out the can that I waited a half hour for that was supposed to be ready the day before... he said that it was the only one so sort of "tough luck". Funny they allow the asst mgr and others write 5 star reviews- they don't deserve it, go to Lowes or Home Depot and get better service and pay less.Two weeks later:So I called that number and was on hold for over 5 min. I hung up. There were several options for customer service and the response above didn't say what number to enter to talk to them... also just try that email- it is bogus! They don't want to actually help, they just want it to look like they do. Like I said, shop elsewhere!!!!!!

Way over priced for poor service and damaged paint can! I have an account at Sherwin-Williams and needed another gallon of paint so I called in my order yesterday afternoon and said I would pick it up this morning. I drove 40mi to get it and they could not find my paint, it seems someone printed a color label but did not mix the paint. It took them a half hour to figure this out and to mix the paint. After I paid for it they brought out a crushed can with glue all over the bottom of it- clearly a reject! I asked for a discount and they said no because it was the only gallon in town of this type of paint. Really sub standard- Home Dept or Lowes would give better service for less.
