My wife and 6 week old daughter accompanied me on a working job interview. We wanted to look at some houses and get a temperature of the market. We contacted a real estate agent through Zillow, and after setting up 9 houses to see in two days, the Realator wanted to know if we were pre-qualified my wife, not knowing we had pre-qualified said she did not know. The other Realator declined to work with us and decided to cancel all the showing we had arranged for the next day. Fortunately, I was referred to Emily and Shaffer Team. I have had a lot of experiences with realators, but Emily and her team went far above and beyond! I wish I could tell you how kind and compassionate she was. She had some availability to squeeze us in the next day, and we were able to see our top priority houses. Emily drove from St George to the north end of Cedar to show us some houses. I would recommend Emily and her team 100/100 times to anyone in Washington or Iron County. Emily brought an iPad to jot notes on things we liked and did not like from each house and promised to keep an eye out for those types of houses and the attention to detail I have never seen from a realtor group before. Stop worrying and go with a realator group who listens and cares about your needs, not one that only works with ready to buy home owners and is focused on you as a number. Give Emily and her team a call!
