I inherited my mom's Janome (New Home) Memory Craft 7500. The needle threader didn't work. It somehow lost the hook (it was okay yesterday) when the "tech" looked at it. He said they couldn't order the part. I found the part online, new, within minutes and it cost $3.99. The worst part, they tried to sell me a cheap Brother machine and wanted to give me to trade in my machine (which sews perfectly), plus give me next to nothing for my very expensive machine stating I wouldn't be able to get parts for it in the future. I don't think anyone would trust this business after what I experienced. Buyer beware.

Absolutely five full stars! All the employees were super helpful and took the time to talk to all of us in our group. They even gave my (very hyper) daughter one of their little homemade stuffed ducks as a gift! We don’t sew much, but we’ll be back for any sewing materials we need!

I have been with this shop since their beginning. It has evolved into a store the owners can be proud of! Love their classes!! They take time to answer any questions that you have. I love going there!

Their employees are very helpful. Their prices are much under cost of other sewing machines. And their sales are very reasonably priced. They even give free lessons as long as you need help when you purchase a machine. Not many places do that. Their fabrics are beautiful too.

The store offers a good selection of sewing machines, material & sewing supplies. Very good quality from at reasonable prices. The staff are extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable & personable. Not sure if all sewing machines come with classes but mine did at no extra charge, this way I can learn all about my new machine. I had a beyond amazing experience & would totally recommend going & check it out!! Thank you Sewing & Quilting Center! Shout out to Tammy, Amy, Teresa & Eric!!
