Placed a small order on 10/11/23 ($422.83) I was told the cuts would be ready in a couple of days. Paid the bill in full. I told them I would be back on the 10/23/23 to pick it up. I was told it definitely be ready by then. I came back on the 23rd and the order was not ready. A man named Axel apologized and promptly attended to my order. It is not likely I am the first.

This is getting old but too easy when your name is posted on your vehicle. As a true testament to your employees poor character today traveling on I-15 north around Leeds I had the pleasure of almost being rear ended by a white pickup truck.What a joke to have this clown carrying a load in the bed nearly rear end me just to cut off someone else doing a respectable speed. I really do not understand why it is necessary to drive like that and make the road unsafe for everyone but I can guarantee you this, I will never consider doing business with Scholzen products because of it. Your employee will end up costing your company serious money with that reckless driving. Just a matter of time before we see the Scholzen name tarnished with a destroyed vehicle on St George News. Good day!

One of the things that we LOVE about Scholzen is that they are local and they have EXCELLENT customer service. I would highly recommend doing business with Scholzen! Thank you to all who work there and who make this company one of the best.

orderd over 3k in metal spoke with them over 2 days i was qoted and called next day to confirm. and again told the same thing. once i arived the price was double what they said. This cost me over 2000 in waste. Rental of equiment costs and labor. and lost the account. I called Mr. Scholzen to report the problem and was given i can't hear you i will have somone call you back. I got ghosted and lied to. so as always I will never buy from here again. I have been geting it out of Las Vegas cheeper but don't like the drive. I thought things would be better after the last time i got lied to 6 years ago. nope I was just reminded why not to use them. WAY TO GO GUYS. you lost this customer permintly. so mad take my 40K a year to your competitor.

I've used scholzen products over the years for many projects. They are conveniently located and they have a large variety of various trade work supplies. Through the years one thing has been very consistent at scholzen products. The service is poor. Despite short lines, it takes very long to get any help. When you do finally get helped you walk away feeling like you've severely inconvenienced the employee who "helped" you. Also, I've never one had help loading, it hasn't even been offered. It doesn't matter how big my order is. One time I picked up over $800 in sewer pipe and the guy said, "well, you know where all that stuff is". I wouldn't shop there anymore if it weren't for the fact that scholzen products has a little bit of a monopoly in this are for certain things. I'd recommend you do like I do, go there as little as possible until somebody else comes to town you can use instead.
