I went in May of 2023 to have the drivers side power window motor fixed and it broke yesterday and they said it’s only under warranty for a year, I’ve had my vehicle for almost 6 years and none of the other power windows have had issues so having that one be a little over a year old and breaking is unfortunate the quality of the part and service should be much better.

I stopped in to see if they could fix my window that had fallen Into my door. They were able to work me in and had my window fixed in 30 minutes. The service I received was perfection!!

The service was okay... Its a non-contact non-person kind of experience.
We dropped off the car at 9:00AM and didn't get it back until 4:30PM

While they did do a great job replacing my windshield, I notice within a few hours that my car was scratched pretty well. I went from the parking lot to home and live two minutes away and don’t notice it was scratched until I went to leave my house again. I don’t know how it got scratched and they failed to tell me they scratched it.

They fixed the regulator on my door window and only charged me $100 and when my power mirror wasn't working they went the extra mile to figure it out super friendly and super professional

I came in with my newly purchased BMW and expected to have to replace my whole windshield due to a chip. Tyler came out and looked at it and suggested instead of replacing the whole thing, to give a repair a shot and see how it looks.
I was completely blown away at the result. I am very particular with my car and I had to look for where the chip/cracking was to see how good it looked.
And after all this, Tyler made the whole service on the house and didn’t charge me a dime. I couldn’t recommend this Safelite enough. One of the best customer experiences I have had in my entire life. Thank you Safelite!

I needed a windshield replaced and had an amazing experience! The team worked efficiently and in a timely manner. All members are so kind and answered any questions I had. The waiting room was clean and cool.

Automated answering machine can't help answer questions about "rock chip repairs" and then proceeds to hang up on you.

Wally came by and repaired a rock chip for me today and he did an amazing job! He made it basically disappear! He was so friendly and nice and was a great to talk to while he was fixing the car. He was in and out of here in less than 30 min. Would love to work with Wally again in the future.
Rigo then came by about an hour later to completely replace our windshield on another vehicle we have. Rigo was awesome! He was very professional and worked quickly to get the job done. He was super nice and really great to talk to! He only took about an hour to fully replace the windshield. Would absolutely love to work with Rigo again in the future. Thanks for yours guys help today Rigo and Wally!

I have tried twice now to get my windshield replaced here. I have full glass coverage with zero deductible. The second time I went in and the lady pulled up my insurance to check and scheduled me. Went into my appointment and they said still verifying and would have to collect almost $1000 to replace it. They really need to get their act together with the insurance. Maybe other people are paying cash who have had a positive experience . I'll be taking my business elsewhere now.

Just had tech Wally fix 3 rock chips, one we didn't even see.
He was prompt, courteous and very positive about his job and Safelite. We will definitely use them for all future repairs.
