Used to really like this place. I would give 5 stars if I got the same customer service I got back in 2017-18.. I get it times have changed but dang… Place crashed in customer service. They won’t buy my clothes anymore. I don’t shop every time because I don’t have time every time. It seems like they only buy your stuff if you shop, FYI-They are holding up a nice act. Very friendly. I know what happens when I walk out that door though. That’s retail. Super annoying and I’ve stopped coming in. Just tired of the attitudes when I take the time to wash, clean, and bring in decent stuff that is not “outdated” like they claim. I stand by my gut on this review.

Super fun, clean, and comfortable place to shop & sell. I go in during the day and the person working is so friendly and helpful and manages to take care of everyone in the store. I try to make it in at least once every couple weeks because they always have new inventory. Love this place.

They have a decent selection with each item being $20 on average, they pay you scraps for clothing you bring in to sell them though.

I took 4 bags of trendy clothes and new clothes that had tags on them and they didn't take anything ! Very disappointed.....

Alexis was so sweet and helpful. I came in right at opening and stayed over an hour; she had helped three other customers while I was there. She checked in frequently and gave me the warmest dressing room <3

I went into runway looking for a new pair of jeans. I’ve always struggled finding things that fit well and make me feel good. I was greeting by an employee named Amanda. I shared what I was looking for and she helped me find a prefect pair of jeans that I felt really confident in and a shirt to go with them. Amanda treated me with such kindness and understanding. I was able to explain to her my weight loss struggle and she was more than accommodating and supportive. I felt so confident and uplifted after my visit. Amanda was the sweetest girl and helped me not only find a pair of jeans but feel so much more confident in my own skin. will be coming back :)

I wanted to love this place more. I found myself in a sea of selection, but the pricing did not match the quality of clothing being offered in many cases. Most of the hoodies I saw were priced around $30. That is near the price of a brand new hoodie on sale or clearance. These were often good brands of hoodies, but in obviously used condition. One example was a Nike hoodie being sold in As Is condition because of prominent pen markings on the front, yet it was still being sold for $20. A pair of Ariat boots with prominent scuff marks on the toes was priced at $60. I loved the variety, but just didn't think the price point matched the selection.We did find a couple items to buy, one being an eclectic, yet awesome Christmas suit for $30 that was in great condition. Probably won't come here again.

Let me start this review off by saying, if I could rate this business as a 0 I absolutely would. Every single experience I have ever had in this store has been horrible. Not only do they overcharge on secondhand Shein clothes that were bought originally for less than they are being sold, whenever you try and sell with them, they lowball you with a ridiculous, dare I say disrespectful price. You're telling me you are going to give me less than $10 for a pair of basically new Nike sneakers to then sell them for over $30? There have been times when I have come into this store, seen items that I would want to purchase behind the desk, just to be told that they are being held by an employee? What's the point of running a business if the clothing items that people actually want are all being taken by the employees? On top of that, almost every single interaction I've ever had with an employee has been a nightmare. I know in this economy it's hard to find people who love their job, but is it that difficult to hire people who can at least act like they don't despise you for shopping there? Runway, you seriously need to do better if you want to stay in business, but I will never ever shop here again as long as I live!

So I'm at Runway Fashion Exchange and these employees are AMAZING!! Ebby (I think) and Maddie. They are so knowledgeable and working so hard - emptying garbages, making sure the dressing rooms are empty and doors locked, putting the clothes away, and super nice!!Soooo good to see hardworking, responsible, proactive young adults!!

i heard runway fashion takes trendy clothes! but when I came in with a box filled with NEW and TRENDY clothes and they said they wouldn't take any of it. As I looked in to the box I saw that they didn't even go through half of it. I haven't gone back ever since.
