Employees are pleasant and helpful, kids shoes are hard to find because they are all mixed up.

Friendly lady named Sandy is always working so hard to clean and organize everything. She is always willing to help us find what we are looking for. I will not shop at the River Road Ross unless I know she is there, or has been there working to ensure things are clean organized and easy to find, instead of a scattered mess.

It was close to Christmas, and it was still clean and organized. I have been to several Ross across the country, and by this time of year, they are a wreck. Nicely done!
